Cold fries. Times are hard, a buck should go further, it’s life. There’s zero reason a franchise of a global company should serve menu items in subpar condition. I’ve not had this experience at any of the Muskegon franchises. Zero excuse. Fries that are colder on the inside than the outside, horrible, straight into the trash. Thank you for taking my money, feels like robbery.

Learn about customer service. Told me to go all the way back through the drive through to pay for a toy because they messed up my order. It’s a toy worth pennies, just give me a toy. Poor customer service overall.

No changing table in the men’s bathroom. The employees were very nice and brought my food to the table for me. It was hot and correct (nuggets, fries, coffee, and pop). But the lack of changing table in the men’s bathroom is completely unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. Men are fathers with children who need diapers changed too.

The amount of salt on my quarter pounder was insane. I did not get a receipt and by the time I noticed it was worth my time to turn around. I scraped as much off as I could and even still the burger was not edible. I was super hunger and only could eat half.
