I asked for a Krispy Kreme donut and they laughed at me. Apparently these employees are the last to know about Krispy Kreme’s merger with McDonald’s.

I only stop at McDonalds to use the restroom. They have had over 60 years to ruin fast food. I'll stop giving 5 stars for atmosphere when the restroom cleanliness goes ghetto.

It’s got to the point to Not even stop at the McDonalds. Unless you have a vehicle for the drive thru. Cause to go in and order that seems to be a in convenience for the employees. They have truck parking their so I would go their often. Not anymore Heck you can’t even go in and get breakfast. Until after 7a.m. The doors are locked. Again drive thru only. Unless you have a vehicle. So save your self the anger and go across the street to Arbys and they have truck parking and better service.
Went to take back and exchange a drink because it didn't taste right there was no one at the counter and had to wait while they were chit chatting and then took their time to just get another drink back to me. Otherwise food was good and the place was clean and decorated nicely

Full a fish patty was no more than an eighth inch thick It was fried batter. The worst i've ever seen in my sixty two years.

Waited over 10 minutes. A guy came in after going through the drive-thru because they shorted him two burgers. When my order finally came out, I counted the burgers but didn't notice they shorted me my granddaughters milk fir her happy meal it that there was no ice in my coke until I was back on the highway. All this after reading a sign in the lobby about this generational family owned business and how proud they are. The restaurant was clean, but that's the only positive side of this experience.

Stopped here with the family after going to Michigan's Adventures, around 8pm on a Sunday.. I don't think we could have gotten worse food/service if they tried. No smiles or thank you's.. The crew made us feel like an inconvenience. We ordered $30 in food and it was all cold. One item was a double cheeseburger.. Almost puked after the first bite.. The bun was stale and chewy, the meat was cold.. It's clear that the burger sat out for an hour or two from a different mess up order, and then thrown my way, hoping I wouldn't complain. Well, it was bad enough that I felt obligated to help save others from a similar experience. Guess the $1.00 they saved by not throwing it out was worth it. The owner of this restaurant clearly doesn't care, and hasn't properly trained their staff. Seeing literally twelve 1-star reviews in a row, over the course of months, is pretty solid proof of that. This location is going to give people food poisoning.. I'm sure they already have - and don't care.

Stopped here dinner at 9:55pm. after being on road all day, web says inside open till 11 doors all locked couldn't use restroom. Get in drive thru lane at 9:57 and before I order server says soda machines are down and I need to pat the uncharge for drinks on top of already overpriced nugget meal and quaterpounder meal. So manager finally says after arguing 5 minutes that she'll make shakes no uncharged. At 10:19 finally at pay window where my app code for 20% was not added and shakes were also charged on my bill. Paid the bill because guy running window clueless and kids needed the meal. Took until 10:28 get the meals and lady basically thru bags out window and shut it. Terrible food, service, and most of all the half hour wasted in line for sub par everything. As I look all reviews left here are bad, owners of this establishment obviously have no clue on customer service and the people the employ. Never should pay extra for anything when you can't offer the menu items that are way overpriced to begin with.
