Went to take back and exchange a drink because it didn't taste right there was no one at the counter and had to wait while they were chit chatting and then took their time to just get another drink back to me. Otherwise food was good and the place was clean and decorated nicely

The last 3 times time I went to this McDonald's has been utter nonsense. I live here in Coopersville. On May 1, 2024 I went there around 4:00pm only ordered a quarter pounder with cheese through the drive through they made me pull up to wait on 1 quarter pounder with cheese. I sat there for 8 minutes and ended up going in to get it. The next day I went there around 10:35 to get lunch once again was pulled up to wait had to go in again because they forgot the sandwich that...
