Nothing like some cold egg patties on my sandwich. Why these werent heated idk. Requested salt and tastes like someone spilled the shaker all over it. Mobile order took a while to fulfill. Checked my order when picking up and they forgot items on my order. 0/10 won't come back.

Hit or miss. Usually the food is good quality my biggest issue with Subway is I like a good amount of veggies on my sub and there's nothing worse than craving a nice sub with fresh vegetables and then watching them reach their hand towards the tomatoes and seeing that they are all wilted and soggy looking.
The last time I went in there I ordered my usual which is a 6-inch turkey bacon and veggie sub on Italian and I always start my order by saying I want a 6-inch sub on Italian with only the bread and bacon toasted and the guy said we don't have any bacon right now so I said okay that's fine I'll just take the bread toasted by itself so he takes the bread out of the oven and puts my cold cut turkey on it can we get to the vegetable selection and they are out of tomato out of pickles out of onions so I thought to myself you told me you were out of bacon but you're literally out of everything I want on my sandwich and I already had you put the bread in the oven and put the meat on it so that wasn't a very good experience but that is the first time it's ever happened usually my bad experiences are them taking an order from a person ordering like six Subs for a single order and having it take 30 minutes to place my order.
Usually it's a good experience and the food is good but by no means is this a great location it's just okay
Ordered a wrap, they charged me footlong price but only gave me 6” of meat. When I questioned it, they said you get what you get. Would have been better off walking out without paying and leave the sandwich on the counter to protest.

They will have a line out the door and it take 15 plus minutes to get a sub. Horrible customer service! Don’t waste your money.

I went in to order I was next in line it was 1 pm on a weekday. When my turn came up she just checked the bread went into walk in refrigerator and pulled out meat put in microwave and cleaned up answered her cell phone by now 2 more people in line we are looking at each other. We wait patiently and she continues cleaning and talking to co workers never addressing any of us. Not even when we came in. Well now minutes have passed since customer before me order has been completed and customer next to me commented one at a time I can’t wait for that I said I have waited long enough I am leaving my first bad subway rude not customer oriented at all I guess I will buy in Muskegon before I go my daughters in coopersville

It’s been about three years since I’ve been to a Subway, and this will most definitely be my last. Over 9 dollars for a 6 in tuna and a bag of Doritos, and that was without a drink. I see why Subway has closed many stores, the value just isn’t there anymore, let alone over priced. ?♂️
I wish the franchise the best though, no hard feelings on this side… best of luck!!

I ordered for my family online. 2 FL subs, 2 kid meals with drink and applesauce, an pretzel, and chips. We received 3 FL sandwiches, a pretzel, but no chips or kids drinks and applesauces or bacon that I added for an extra charge on my sandwich($2). On the app I can’t find any way to dispute this, they didn’t attempt to call me. I’d like a refund for what I didn’t receive without having to drive back to the store, we only have a limited time on our lunch break.I don’t want to have spent $45 just to not get what I ordered.I want to edit my review for clarity. We live nearby and order from here a lot, this is the first time my order has been so messed up, if they’re out of something, I’d appreciate at least a phone call saying they don’t have it and refund those particular items.

We stopped in to get a sub and there were 2 workers. One was ringing up the only customer ahead of us and that customer took their order and left leaving us as the only customers there. The other employee was getting an online order ready. We were not acknowledged whatsoever for at least 10 minutes and continued to be ignored while the 2 employees idly chatted with each other. There was never a “Hi, be right with you” or “Sorry about the wait” or any acknowledgment that we were even there. They never said anything to us at all. We left with still no acknowledgment that we were there and took our business elsewhere. Inexcusable customer service.
