I ordered for my family online. 2 FL subs, 2 kid meals with drink and applesauce, an pretzel, and chips. We received 3 FL sandwiches, a pretzel, but no chips or kids drinks and applesauces or bacon that I added for an extra charge on my sandwich($2). On the app I can’t find any way to dispute this, they didn’t attempt to call me. I’d like a refund for what I didn’t receive without having to drive back to the store, we only have a limited time on our lunch break.I don’t want to have spent $45 just to not get what I ordered.I want to edit my review for clarity. We live nearby and order from here a lot, this is the first time my order has been so messed up, if they’re out of something, I’d appreciate at least a phone call saying they don’t have it and refund those particular items.

We stopped in to get a sub and there were 2 workers. One was ringing up the only customer ahead of us and that customer took their order and left leaving us as the only customers there. The other employee was getting an online order ready. We were not acknowledged whatsoever for at least 10 minutes and continued to be ignored while the 2 employees idly chatted with each other. There was never a “Hi, be right with you” or “Sorry about the wait” or any acknowledgment that we were even there. They never said anything to us at all. We left with still no acknowledgment that we were there and took our business elsewhere. Inexcusable customer service.

The sandwich maker Lexi I believe did a amazing job she was very happy to be there she guided me into making a sandwich asking if I wanted extra things like salt/pepper extra sauce on the side would come here again just for the service I received

Placed an order via the app. The subway app says failed to process order. It charged my Venmo card regardless. So I'm out my money but received no food. The store employees said there wasn't anything they could do. Maybe just make the sandwiches that I paid for instead of having me leave empty handed while you keep my money. Unbelievablly terrible customer service.

My sub was so messy I could barely eat it she didn’t cut it or even fold it. I want the girl who was working on September 18th at 6:00 re-trained!!?? hire more people one person working at dinner time isn’t enough.

I have way too much sauce on my sandwich, which is causing the bread to be soggy. The 7 or so people in front of us all had burnt sandwiches. Also they were wrapped so poorly that I had to pull the paper off my soggy sandwich. I don't know when I'll be back there.

We hadn't been to Subway in a couple of years. We bought a footlong sub and a six inch sub. Neither was a specialty sandwich and nothing special on either. $28.68, and to top it all off, the first thing they ask is for a tip before you pay! Sandwiches were okay but won't go again. We could go to a sit-down restaurant for a whole meal!

All about the money weather your a worker or a customer. Which I get. But that's my review. Food is okay, but the subs have gotten smaller "not in length" but just complai. Your subs made wrong, and they will remake for free, or if you call on an online order and say something was wrong, they will send you coupons or remake it entirely your choice. Also expensive make sure you bring coupons with. Oh, and tip please they do get the money.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Drove 15 mins which in today's economy is 10 to 20 bucks including the drive back home... Then I called the store and spoke to the supposed manager named Chris. He was the most disrespectful, rude and belligerent person I have dealt with in fast food yet! He sassed me over the phone, then continued to belittle me saying "what do you want me to do sir, do you want a free pickle".... No sir I would like for you to do your job, read the ticket and make the sandwich as ordered!! Or at the very least offer to fix your mistake! I will NEVER spend money at this franchise and I urge you not to either! Unless you enjoy your sub being made wrong, or to be disrespected by a young kid when your a paying customer!

The flatbread was awful hard and dry and they wouldn't take my printable coupon for in store. They said it was for online only and cost 48 dollars for 3 people. What a rip off. The worst part was how nasty the food

I ordered dinner for my family of 3 through the app to be picked up at a later time. When I got home, my sub had a very scarce amount of meat, and no cheese (I ordered the extra charge fresh mozzarella). I called the store, and explained what happened. The girl was very apologetic, and remade my sub free of charge. I only live about 5 minutes away, so it was not a huge deal to go back and pick it up. I asked if they wanted my other sub without the cheese, and she said not to worry about it. When I got home with the new sub, it was all correct and had the acceptable amount of steak. Very sweet staff, and 9/10 orders we get are made on time and with the right ingredients. My family and I will continue to support this location, and I am very grateful for the remade sub!
