Upon entering the Drive Through Line, while at the Speaker...
A very Friendly and Welcoming Female came on in a welcoming demeanor...OUT of NO WHERE this abrupt and aggressive male voice took over and took my order...(which HE ended up being wrong)
After placing my order...I noticed the cost wasn't right.
I drove up to the window and the nice female was there...I explained that the price wasn't right...I explained what I ordered, and she immediately fixed the issue... repeated my order back to me...and fixed the problem.
NO offering of any sauces...must be cutbacks...
Thank you to the Girl who took the time to make sure my order was Correct.
The guy should be FIRED.

I usually go late night because they are only thing open. However, don't let their late night people fool you, they are top notch. Food hot, correct, and fast. They are always smiling and take pride in their work, and you can taste it! Love you late night Coopersville crew!

The new AI experience is not my favorite. Its pushy. Also, we ordered breakfast burritos and some of them were cold , some were good.
The Wednesday night crew isn't very good, but the Friday night and Saturday night Crew continuously kick ass and prepare and make food that I'm always excited to eat.
