Assume food. Fish basket with fries is generous, could feed two. Fish crispy on the outside, flaky and moist inside. Fries are tasty. Can have a line but friendly two person truck so service is quick. Tend to sell out in a few hours, so get there time.

Ordered 2 Perch Fish tacos. The fish was kind of tasteless, the batter was not very well seasoned or crunchy. The cilantro and mango salsa were the best parts. The worker was very nice.

The truck is now named Rock Skipper's, an apropos nod to a favored Lake Superior beach activity, with easy accessibility. Owned by a Copper Country local with culinary training, the result is apparent in the fish tacos - a sublime combination of flavors: mango habanero sauce, guacamole, cilantro, chipotle cream sauce, blanketing a crispy Lake Superior whitefish fillet. An unexpected treat at the end of U.S. 41!

AMAZING fish taco! One of, or the best, I've ever had. The taco truck is next to the brewery in Copper Harbor. They opened an hour after the posted time, since they were cleaning the fresh fish, so worth the wait (we passed the time doing the Brockway Mountain Drive). The taco was extraordinary.

Don’t go late or they will have sold out. Went about 6:30pm on a Saturday night and by 7 they were sold out. My son loved the tarter sauce which never happens! Batter is light. Good whitefish
