We've been here a few times, but this last time (11-22-24) wasn't the greatest. Both prime rib dinners came out cool to the touch of which 1/3 of mine was gristle. I had to remind the waitress our dinners come with rolls after the food was already served. When the rolls came out they were 3 warm pieces of dough. She didn't know the choice of potato very well and never asked if we wanted refills. The mashed potato's didn't taste as good as they normally do either. I know the food and service is better then this because we have had it. After spending $90 with no adult beverages plus tip I'm not sure if we will be back.

First time here, we'd heard only good things, so to celebrate hubby's birthday, my family came drove almost an hour to celebrate. We arrived around 1230pm and were the only ones in the dining area and sat for over 20 min, waiting for menus. After ordering, our appetizer arrived nearly an hour later. The chicken strips were not real chicken strips, but the type of 'meat' you get in McNuggets. My husband's NY Strip, ordered medium-rare was medium-well, but closer to well-done. My son's spaghetti was dry. It was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. You could actually crunch the strands in half. The fries were just inedible. They were cold, grainy, soft, like they had been sitting out for hours. We watched as two couples came in about two hours after us, were quickly given menus, drinks and had food in less than 45 min, with the one server checking on them numerous times. We had to ask ours to refill our drinks and to remind her that ice cream came with the kid's meal. She said "Fine, I'll go get it, but I don't think there's any chocolate sauce for it" in a really snippy way. We were there almost 3 hoursfor sub-par food and service. At least the ice was cold.

Soup served after the entree. Baked potato wasn't warm enough to melt the butter and was a reheated, solid mess. Out of filet and the strip was stringy. Waitress was a kid who had no clue how to wait tables. Horrible waste of $30.

We stopped in because of the reviews of great food. From start to finish we were there 2.5 hours. Minimal checking in, no refills of drinks, staff were arguing and unprofessional. I never waited so long between our first and only drink, the salad, and the meal. I will say the food was okay but nothing I’d ever wait over an hour for again. We will not be returning

We dined with two small kids and the server was very friendly and accommodating. Good variety of menu options for everyone, plus a full bar. Rustic log cabin building with interesting old memorabilia and photos.
Parking: Plenty of parking available
Kid-friendliness: We went with a one and a three year old, which can be challenging. They have high chairs and booster seats. The server was very patient with us.

Toke an hour to get our food and when it came out it was cold. I got the red Rubin it was dry and meat was so tough had a hard time cutting it with a steak knife. First time ever trying the food. Will never go back

Drove past this resteraunt many times. Finally stopped on our wedding anniversary. My husband had 14oz. New York strip, he liked it,I had jumbo shrimp,really good. We didn't like the plank fries . we will go back.

Went for prime rib last night to celebrate our Anniversary. This was our second time going here and service was HORRIBLE! We ended up being here almost 2 1/2 hours! Waitress came to get our order after we’d been there for at least 15 minutes. I told my husband he could order first so he told the waitress his food order and drink order then she turned to me. I told her my food order and she instantly stopped me and said she needed my drink order. I ordered my drink and then went back to my food order. She then turns to my husband for his order “again”. 🤦♀️. While we were sitting waiting for our food, we heard the ding that an order was up. It took our waitress 15 minutes to grab our food which was already 1 1/2 hours after arrival and my king prime rib was cold! Sent it back and she came out instantly with a smaller prime rib. Whatever-I didn’t complain. Husbands food was lukewarm but ate it anyways. I had to flag the waitress down for a second drink, she never checked on us, after walking past us several times while we were just sitting there I got up and got our own to-go boxes. Cook came out several times to talk at the bar to the waitress - shouldn’t he have been making food rather than having customers wait for hours?
We were there almost 2 1/2 hours and tables were not full with adequate staff. Poor poor service.

There was 1 empty table in the main room; several in the bar area. After 15 minutes of waiting, we left - never served or acknowledged. There was only 1 waitress trying to do it all. I have eaten there before and never had this experience
