Good team here. Personnel is super friendly and they help each other, adding to the good vibe. I saw a good flow at the drive thru ( i was inside). They even took the time to ask me if i needed something else while eating. Will come again! :) ordered at noon on dec 29 2025.

The red head lady working the front counter today is really killing the atmosphere in this store.

I understand things happen, like large unexpected events, but loudly and openly complaining about how y'all weren't prepared while kids and parents are eating in the lobby isn't a good look.

It's also not a good looking openly saying she hates that people can order online and do door dash. Since I placed my order online, I'll be sure to make sure to go to another McDonald's establishment where my online order isn't ridiculed while I'm standing wait for it.

Couldn't gauge anyone else's attitude, her negative energy was too overpowering.

Management yells at employees, I'm missing an item EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And EVERY time I add tomato to a burger, I'm charged for it but it's never put on the burger.

This was my every morning ritual stop,I go in every morning on my way to work. This morning I asked about a monopoly piece on a McGriddle, the manager started screaming at me for it, she was rude, loud, and insulting. So unfortunately I will never go back to this location, I was treated so horribly because I asked a question. I will miss saying good morning to the old timers that greet me every morning there, but unfortunately, you shouldn’t treat customers that way ever.

Young, blonde, boy who I was told is the manager- with glasses sucking using profanity while frazzled, to the point customers can hear it. Order takers seem to never get a simple order correct. Only thing consistent, is their mistakes and management’s attitude problem.

The food that is cooked is delicious but is junk food. But the service in the drive-thru and the cooks are exemplary. I frequent the establishment for the ambiance. Josh and Ashley, who are the cashier staff, always exude a positive attitude that enhances my day. I also interact with Ashley and Logan, who are dedicated to ensuring that the customer and myself receive the correct bag for our food. Josh, Logan, and Ashley are my regular companions every day and they are genuinely kind, hardworking, and dedicated i even got a friendly wave from a cook. I love the people that work here thank you all!

Not much of a value anymore. They keep raising prices. They don't offer the mobile deals that other stores have, and the deals they do offer don't save you much money, if any. Orders are sloppy and inaccurate.
