The food that is cooked is delicious but is junk food. But the service in the drive-thru and the cooks are exemplary. I frequent the establishment for the ambiance. Josh and Ashley, who are the cashier staff, always exude a positive attitude that enhances my day. I also interact with Ashley and Logan, who are dedicated to ensuring that the customer and myself receive the correct bag for our food. Josh, Logan, and Ashley are my regular companions every day and they are genuinely kind, hardworking, and dedicated i even got a friendly wave from a cook. I love the people that work here thank you all!

Fries super fresh đ
Almost every table was extremely dirty. Trash overflowing. Waited 15 mins and wasnât very busy. Burgers was soaked in sauce.

Not much of a value anymore. They keep raising prices. They don't offer the mobile deals that other stores have, and the deals they do offer don't save you much money, if any. Orders are sloppy and inaccurate.

Management needs replaced, belittling teenagers and rude to customers.. not to mention trespassing anyone who has an opinion on how they treat employees..

Came in for a take out order for 2 bacon mcdoubles only ketchup was only charged for 1 also got 2 hamburgers no pickles sub slivered and got a large and medium fry the large was barely filled and when I had came back in took a while for anyone to notice me the manager dannie was completely rude and didn't even give me a chance to explain anything she did replace the fries but something that was a mistake on there end cause I wanted 2 bacon mcdoubles only ketchup and got charged once and made it my fault made me pay for the other mcdouble and also while waiting for my bacon mcdouble that same manager was being really rude to her employees.

Fries are taking forever.
The manager Abby is very rude and screams at the kids for needing something that needs a manager among other things, the store manager allows it, and the owner(s) apparently think this is appropriate behavior for training teenagers just going into the work force. The service is slow with multiple people standing there, likely, because these kids are scared to be screamed at by customers and managers, and orders are incorrect or cold regularly.
This has been my McDonaldâs location since 2020. It has taken me five years to finally reach that final straw where I have no other option than to leave a review for the amount of poor service I have received in the last five years. This small town has two late-night fast food options, McDonaldâs and a brand new Taco Bell. So those who live here donât really have any options when it comes to getting take-out, and both of these establishments are by far the worst running corporate locations I have ever experienced in all of my years here on earth. The inconsistency in receiving proper orders here is so bad that when they do get your order correct, you feel a wave of relief as if you must have done something right today to finally deserve good service. When you order here, nine times out of ten, something is going to go wrong. Which, if it were me picking up my order each time, I will normally catch it and have them fix it or just deal with it and move on. However, my partner isnât one to check the bag unfortunately. Itâs not their job to have to, it is a voluntary generosity to check the order as a consumer. When these instances do happen, it isnât ever just a quick fix and go. Youâre going to find yourself waiting another twenty minutes to thirty minutes for them to correct it. The times when you call in to report the order being incorrect, you can expect for your call to go unanswered to a voicemail, inbox full. It has gotten to the point that when I do have the energy to want them to make things right with me, so I can at least eventually get what I paid for, I will just submit an online ticket straight away. Sometimes I get it sorted out, but more times than not, I donât. I am a very passive person and more often than not I just deal with it. I make due, even though ultimately I shouldn't. I have no clue as to what goes on at this location to make it malfunction in such a consistent way. Perhaps it is a high turnover rate or lack of training, who is to say. People could say it is an easy fix, just donât go here. But when there are no other options and you enjoy getting take-out every now and then? Youâre gonna go back. Youâre going to give them far more money than theyâre worth, and you are going to deal. Because at the end of the day, corporate is not going to care about one of their lower income generating businesses and nothing here is going to change. But still I am going to write this review, just so I can feel like I am getting the false satisfaction that my voice is being heard.
