I always order online everywhere to avoid having to wait in a line. I would rather continue whatever I'm doing and show up just in time to get my food and leave. Any other place has no problem making sure my order is ready by the time I show up. This place however gives you a time, half an hour after you order, and hasn't even started it by the time you show up. You then have to stand there for an extra 20 minutes, waiting, while they make everything. 50 minutes in total from the time I pressed order, until the time I walked out with my food. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid having to stand there and wait for your food, this place makes that impossible. The only thing ordering online from this subway does, is ensure that you'll be waiting for your food twice. Once at home, during the time frame they give you. And again, in the store after it should have already been done.

I highly encourage everyone to drive the extra 3 miles to the BP Subway in Lexington instead of wasting time at the Croswell location. My experience with Croswell has been consistently disappointing.
Last month, while waiting for someone to take my order, I noticed the entire bottom case of bread was full of mold. I decided to stay quiet and give them another chance, but today sealed the deal for me. I arrived 30 minutes after their opening time, and the lady behind the counter rudely informed me that she wasn’t ready to make sandwiches yet. When another worker came over, they claimed they only had wheat bread available—even though the large rack on display was fully stocked.
At that point, I left and made my way to the Lexington BP Subway. The difference was night and day. It was clean, inviting, and everything was fresh and ready to go. The staff were professional and friendly, and it was absolutely worth the extra drive.
Croswell’s Subway has fallen far below corporate standards and seems to have no regard for cleanliness, professionalism, or customer service. I’m done giving them chances and will happily continue supporting the Lexington location instead. You should, too!

Second time coming here for meatball marinara, meatballs are still frozen after being toasted. Same as the first time. Though it was just the time I showed up but apparently not. Won't go back again. Don't go there, Lexington is way better

Hard bread, ordered cold cut combo. Only received 2 slices of ham on the entire foot long sandwich. Asked for extra mayo and got what seems to be light mayo

Absolutely horrible. Dry burnt bread, sloppy falling apart subs this place is in deep trouble. Definitely won't be eating there anymore. The new manager has absolutely no business running a subway.

Maybe you guys should make a pizza sub! But more like just pizza. But like just the cheese and pepperoni. Ok maybe just the pepperoni. Give me a big block of pepperoni!!!! Awesome possum sauce 'em !!!
