How come I can get a caramel apple empanada in Sandusky MI but not in Croswell MI? Very disappointing. Also, never order inside at this location. Drive thru takes priority and will extend your wait time.

I was so excited when I found out a Taco Bell was coming to this little town in the middle of nowhere. Fast food options are… well there aren’t really options. We have McDees, Mom and Pop places that close early, or Subway if you’re feeling brave. So this girl was super excited, it’s the small things!
Unfortunately, this location is a total nightmare. But yes, I keep coming back because Taco Bell is life blood, even when it’s awful.
First and foremost, your order is going to be wrong. Especially if you modify the items. Sometimes, it’s something small. But more often than not, an item(s) is made wrong or forgotten completely. On really wild nights, my partner comes home with an entirely different order. Which isn’t fun, because I am picky.
I will sometimes use the app to try to get them to make up for the wrong order, seldom do I call in. More often than not, my complaints through the app go ignored. Which seems like them trying to make a problem disappear by pretending it never happened, which usually works because I just give up on waiting for a response.
I suppose I hit my limit since I am now writing a Google review, but I suppose if people are going to look into where to eat, at least they will be aware that there is a very high chance for disappointment.
I honestly have no idea what is going on in this town. But it is home to the worst fast food places I have ever dealt with. The employees need to work on double or even triple checking orders before they go out the window, it’s complete madness. After a while you start losing sanity and wonder if it’s just you. But checking out the other reviews I no longer feel so alone.

We went through the drive and when we got home, we were missing our cinnamon twists, our taco supremes were missing the supreme. We didn't call or go back because it was not worth it, but next time before we pull away we will be checking the order for accuracy. Next time we are there we will mention this and show our receipt and see how they resolve it. 😊

Why is nobody here? This happened twice to me now on two seperate occasions. Are people not coming to work? Are we hiding in the back? Your hours are open. No cars in the parking lot. Wake up and go to work. So lazy. And on top of it idk why i keep coming here. I ordered a cheesy gorditta crunch last week. Came with no cheese no lettuce no sauce? It had ground beef and that was it. Step it up. Take some pride or get a different job.

this store has terrible customer service. i tried speaking to two people for a refund and they both would not give me there names. i don't recommend coming to this store especially if your going to call for help.

Besides the food being well made and fresh, everything clean and well managed, there actually might be angels working at this place. Denise, was just above and beyond! I was stressed. Its hard to leave the house with 4 autistic, wonderful, fast, Loud, hectic kids. She saw everything going on, and normally where I would've been rushed off and treated poorly, simply because of the chaos, she grew more patient, to the point she could've made me cry. The whole crew actually followed her lead, she individually acknowledged each of my children even, making them feel so special. I wish there was a way I could thank her, people like that are so rare,

Every single time I come here, I order, I wait, someone comes out and tells me they are out of something. This time took the cake. First person comes out and tells me they don’t have black beans. I’m aggravated because this is 3-4 times in a row something isn’t available, yet I can order it. I ask for a manager and they tell me they are available, just not ready and need 10 minutes. Why wasn’t I asked if I would wait? He told me they were trying to resolve the issue without asking me. This place is absurd. I’m so sick of it. I specifically told them I will start to save the recipes of when I’m told, “despite the ability to order it, we don’t have it”.

Food is over priced, service is non-existent since you only talk to the kiosk. Sad to see the changes. Can't afford to take my grandkids out for a meal anymore. At least restaurants give deals for kids.
