Stopped in and had the tenderloin sandwich and there was nothing tender about it. Was so chewy and over cooked. Liked everything else but I wouldn’t eat here at least not the “tenderloin”.

The literal worst customer service I have ever, ever received. The waitress, and I use that term loosely, never smiled once. She slammed cooler doors, slammed our food down in front of us, never followed up, I could go on and on. I understand if you’re having a bad day, but get yourself together. Also, who makes and serves a Bloody Mary with half a pickle and not one ice cube? Disgusting. Awful.

Picked up an order was missing shrimp sauce, baked potato and onion rings. Called was told it would all be done in 5 minutes. Went back again to pick it up. Onion rings weren't done all the way and the baked potato was just a potato in the to go box wasn't even cooked. No sour cream or butter as asked. Horrible customer service.
