The older short blonde heavy woman was extremely crabby, I didn’t even want to stay and eat. She was not necessarily crabby to me, but her attitude in general was awful, even to her younger male coworker- who by the way was AWESOME, loved him. Very polite and professional, his name is Devin. Very nice young man. The woman on the other hand, wow- terrible customer service

We were driving through crystal falls and decided to stop at subway. I just wanted to say that the two girls that are working right now on 6/23 at around 6:45pm are awesome and doing an awesome job under pressure. Just wanted you guys to know.

Food quality has really gone downhill. I dislike brown lettuce. The sandwiches are so made so sloppy now. It's like they are just thrown together to get it out of the way. Beware with ordering ahead, you don't know what kind of mess you are getting until it's too late.

Absolutely ridiculous. Britnnay needs to go. I’m sick and tired of going into my local subway and her being extremely rude and unprofessional. Every single time I have went there and she was working she makes it seem like I’m being an inconvenience for ordering a damn sandwich. She was extremely rude to one of the younger kids who were training to work there. I’m sick of the attitude and slamming stuff around because you messed up. Fix your act, or don’t work in customer service plain and simple.

I’m from Wisconsin, stopped at Subway otw home and the worker Britney i think her name was, was VERY RUDE. Slammed my cookies on the counter, rolled her eyes multiple times basically made it seem like it wasn’t her job to make my peoples subs. Just a disgusting attitude and shouldn’t be working in costumer service!!
I placed an online order that said was ready, upon getting to the store, both employees were either under the influence or completely incompetent of what they were doing. They never even started on my order and didn’t give a valid excuse as to why my order stated it was ready. Upon getting a refund she stated it would take 2-3 business days to get my refund. I will not ever order from here again and will make sure people of Crystal falls Mi know not to order from here again.

Just stopped by today on May 4th, 2024 during late lunch hours and it was super busy and only a single worker. That said, she was a really good worker. She was prompt with service and made each and every customer’s sandwich with care and consideration. The bread was fresh and tasted delicious! Also ordered a cheese pizza which the kids ate, not a place to order pizza.
