My friends and I stopped by the Curtis Cafe during a short trip to the lake. The breakfast was phenomenal and the servers were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place to any locals or anyone visiting the area!

Delicious food, made to order! My husband had the egg plate & the green plate. Server, & looked to be her helper, were welcoming & answered our questions. Christmas music joyfully played. Highly recommend!

Spinach omelette was delicious. Our server was exceptional! She works weekends at the cafe and attends NMU during the week. The music is wonderful and the cook even sings along, which we very much enjoyed! We have returned several times and looking forward to our next visit.

It would've been much better if the kitchen crew wasn't blasting music and singing along/whistling. I like music in restaurants, but I like not having to hear a cook and dishwasher yelling along with the lyrics. They weren't even playing good music. The music was bad enough on its own. The kitchen crew made it even worse.
