I had heard great things about Jacks and decided to use their catering service for an upcoming family event. I was pleased with the entire experience from ordering to receiving. It was delicious and will use them again. Very professional

When we arrived we were just getting off the freeway because of an accident on the 75 so we were just going in to have a quick beer The problem was there was two bartenders standing at the end of the bar talking to other people so I had to wave my hands in the air to try to get their attention, One was Miranda and the other I think her name was Jennifer Jennifer ended up taking care of us We had a beer and played some keno and then I was going to get a small takeout of macaroni and cheese which I did get wasn't thrilled with the price $7 for about a half a cup of macaroni and cheese but the place does have great food and a great atmosphere

Upon entrance I was not acknowledge by anyone, including the employees that were standing around talking to each other about their personal problems, for 10 minutes until Penny came out from the back and asked me if I had been helped. Oh nowwww they want to grab my credit card. Penny was still the one that bagged my food and asked if I wanted ranch, etc. The fries tasted exactly like Great Value’s unseasoned string fries. Some were overcooked and hard. The smashburger was fine, albeit an overload of onions. If I was a regular would I have been treated differently ? Who knows because I won’t become one now. Not that this company cares, but I will not be returning. Everyone says to shop local and then you do, and this is what you get. I’m not wasting my hard earned money here.
edited to respond to owner: 1 that was my experience . 2. As I mentioned previously there were plenty of people standing around. I am very understanding , a give us a minute would have sufficed, 3. Im not sure it’s appropriate to put your employee’s health status online for everyone to see.

Absolutely the best brisket and chicken wings around. Blueberry cheesecake was absolutely delicious.

This place was good the first time we came here. There was a young waiter who talked me into the mac and cheese. I enjoyed it. Thats the only time it was good. 2nd time crunchy, ok maybe just a bad day. We went yesterday, also crunchy. No one wants crunchy mac and cheese. Food was cold. Cheap fries are easy to overlook if they're at least cooked and hot when you get them, but hard to overlook when they're cold and floppy. My daughter got a kids meal, says she gets ice cream, none offered. Refills not offered had to flag down our waitress. The place had maybe 5 tables, so not busy. Several people behind the bar area but not in the kitchen on their phones the whole time we were there. Saw someone in the kitchen on their phone too.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in. The water Hunter was super nice and very helpful he had answers or all questions. Food was amazing. Burnt ends, brisket, jerk chicken and pulled pork was 10 out of 10. Mac and cheese, cajin rice, and pit beans 10 out of 10. Frys nice and hot. Cornbread was a little under cooked but the bite I did take had nice flavor. Bbq sauces was ok but didn't matter meat didn't need them. Portions great. Will be coming back.
