Let me preface this review by saying, as a family we started coming to eat at Apollo in 1976. We also know being a waitress can be a difficult job. But yesterday we received the worst service from waitress Joan, that we have received at any restaurant, ever. Sadly, based on other reviews I am seeing now, we are not alone. It takes a special sort of person to turn a forty-eight year customer against you, but congrats, you have succeeded and this will be our last trip to Apollo.

Ordered breakfast special. Waitress was very rude. Asked for Orange juice and water. She brought orange juice, but not water. Asked for water and straws, she brought water and threw. Straws at us. Will never go back?

If you enjoy long waits for inconsistent service and food all while paying an extra 3.75% for using your card instead of paying cash, well, this is the place for you. Also, they'll tell you that the menu on this website isn't their menu when they get your order wrong. ? They also say they don't have take out menus but then refer you to the menu on this website that they just said isn't their menu when they got your order wrong. Wait. What? ? And if you want a takeout menu they tell you that you can take photos of the menu they have inside the establishment.

I ordered a blue collar cheesecake to go as a platter and instead of fries i got chips. I specified I wanted fries. This place is just trying to take advantage of to go orders because they know they don't have to do shit.

The wait staff is awesome. We loved their breakfasts.

Just tryd to order a take out... After asking a Question about how there dinners go i was hung up on by the woman who picked up the phone she was extremely rude to me we would have place a large order well over 80 dollers and are great tippers... She has ruined our taste for Apollo's menu... This is very sad we have been going to this restaurant for years.... WE WILL NOT BE Returning very sad

Will never return again. I've tried this place so many times and I just will not tolerate someone being rude to me repeatedly on several occasions. Yes, I am a person that does understand some waitresses get stressed or have bad days however it's uncalled for on a repeative basis. We moved up here in 2015, This was one place I enjoyed food at however the service is what breaks this place. Not gonna spend my hard earned money on repeating disrespectful waitresses. I want to be celebrated not tolerated. I am a excellent tipper when I am treated kindly and are taken care of. My tipping always start at 20% of my bill and it either stays there, goes up ( YES I HAVE TIPPED 100%) or it bottoms out however I always leave a minimum of 8% even on BAD service because I know they are responsible for 8% tax claims and I am never out to hurt anyone. It's a real shame. Hopefully someone else doesn't endure what we experienced on a multiple trial visits.
