My grandson and I arrived at Applebees March 28, 2025 at 3:25 and was seated. We left there at 3:40 as no one came to bring us water or acknowledge we were even there. Very disappointed in the non service we received. Went next door to Luckys and had great service.

Worst meal i have ever had at an Applebee's. We where sat by the door and it was freezing. When the food finally came mine was cold the steak was so tough i couldn't eat it.very disappointed. Was definitely not worth the $70 we spent.

Food decent service can be hit or miss ether too many visits to table or none at all. Wish they would keep their specials a bit longer see an ad go in and not having that one any longer.
I ordered carryout, was not happy when I got home. The piece of salmon that was $16.99 could fit in the palm of my hand. Green beans overcooked just mush. $2.99 for cheesy broiler about 3 tbls in container. What a waste of money.

I live in Flint but frequent this Applebees because it’s the only location nearby that offers good food & good service. I wish I took pictures of the food but everything was 11/10! We got mozzarella sticks, nachos, kids mac and cheese, boneless buffalo and bbq wings. Everything was fresh and delicious. The reason for the review is Chase. He’s an incredible server. He was quick and friendly and fun. He treated everyone with respect and kept checking on us throughout the night and we were here for quite awhile. It’s nice to see someone as caring and attentive as him. He is fast on his feet. Request him if you come in! Also the manager is a sweetheart as well!

Hello there I wish to share a concern As a long time customer of this franchise in Davison Mi. Over 25 years now . Twice in the last month when asked By the same 2 gentlemen at the front door where we would like to sit i stated booth not by the window as its cold and drafty by the window -8f outside and hardly any heat in the window section And both times we Were placed by the window. The first time I blew it off tonight when one of the same young gentleman took me over to the same exact spot same booth by the window. I looked at him and pointed to the half empty seating in the center of the restaurant and said no id like to sit there he stated/ We have no servers for that area ,really because there's 2 servers there now serving 3 tables Ok whatever with in 10 minutes of being placed at the cold window seating I look over and he seats 3 more tables where I wanted to sit . At this point I'm fuming and almost walked out but to salvage my night out with my wife . I let it go . I am at a loss as to why your door greeters or whatever there title is have zero clue what customer service is about . When asked where to sit when I state booth not by the window I expect to be seated not by the window and not lied to about why I cannot sit where clearly there are open tables and plenty of available servers . This is not even during the busy rush of prime dinner time . Clearly the Davison Mi. Store Greeters Need training in customer service or customer relations . The servers & cooks on the other hand all do an outstanding job . But you need to address the two Young gentlemen that greet you at the door and take you to your seating. Until this lack of customer service is addressed I will not be returning to Applebee's to spend my hard earned money to sit in a freezing booth near the window .When on both occasions I requested not to be placed there .

We gave it a try ! Place was super clean the ketchup salt and pepper were wiped down and clean we will be going back ! The 10 dollar meals are the best kicks mcdonalds butt ! If more people knew about the 10 dollar burger this place would loose money Cool little restaurant! Keep it up !

Waited 15 minutes when there were only 7 other tables, never got service, and had multiple staff walking by us. They kept seating other tables, and they were getting service, but we never even got waters or anything. We eventually just gave up and went somewhere else. We will never be returning to this location or possibly any of these chains.
