Look... I try to not leave negative reviews, but this Arby's consistently messes up something, every time we attempt ordering from here (hence, we don't hit this drive-thru very often). Today was a couple of things though. First, how the hell are you gonna call a sandwich a "Beef & Cheddar" and put this sad amount of cheese on it??? I had to add cheese when I got home, bc it was pretty much dry. Secondly, all 3 of us got Cokes, and it was VERY obvious the syrup box needed to be changed. All 3 were see-through in the cups, and tasted basically like club soda. Didn't find this out til we got home. Last, I get that everyone has an off night, but damn, was the woman working the drive-thru window, snippy as hell.

It would have been a five stars but I ordered a large jamocha shake and they gave me a small other than that everything was perfect

2 of us for basic roast beef sandwiches , fries and order of cheese sticks. Resturant was not very busy, window seemed steady. After 15-20 minutes of waiting noticed our food setting up in window. Went up to ask and they were waiting for the cheese sticks after another couple minutes asked if I could take the food and to let me know when sticks ready. Food was already ice cold. Husband tried to ask for new fries due to ice cold and mumbled something about a new freezer. So ate the cold food. Then went up and asked for refund of cheese sticks that still were not done. Manager acted like she didn't know anything about situation but when I came up her and another associate was talking about my husband asking for new fries. Management really needs to teach these young employees to send the food out before cold.

I went there a 10:50pm 12-21-24 order a classic roast beef sandwich cost me $4.87 at the drive thru. And it was Luke warm not hot like I like my food very upset after working my job I don't know if my sandwich was under a heat lamp not fresh.

Experienced an attitude problem with the staff. I had placed an online order and went to the speaker to pick it up. The lady began with “what do you want” and when we told her we had an online order, she asked for my last name and then proceeded to say “we literally just got that” very rudely. I was fine waiting as I would in the drive thru, but I’m not sure why it was such a big deal as it is a lot more work for them to take an order at the speaker.

Terrible eve service. Did an online order I walk into some teens attitudes. I said online order and he looks at the bag and says it’s right there and walks away. Seems like the rest were distracted. It’s Ashame to because I really used to like this place

I've been to Arby's probably 300 times or more over the past 40 years and this was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD, PROBABLY IN ALL THE "FAST FOOD" that I have ever been to. First, of course the shake machine was "broken" because it was night time and that's what they do. They gave us COLD Roast Beef sandwiches with such soggy bread that it was obviousthey had sat there forever and they threwthem in the microwave, 2 of the wrong Chicken sandwiches that had the entire wrong items on each, chicken nuggets that were ALL JUST EXTREMELY HARD BREADING, that's all, my dog wouldn't even eat it. No lie. Then, to top it off, they didn't give us any of the sauces for sandwiches nor dipping sauces for the BREADING, or chicken nuggets. I own numerous businesses and I would be far beyond embarrassed to say that was an establishment that I was even partially tied too. THIS WAS ALL 2.5+ HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSED. WHAT A JOKE!!!
