We ordered two drinks and two bagels. The drinks came out within about 5 minutes but our bagels took 30 minutes! They were cold after just coming to the counter. This is the worst Biggby we have been to and will not be returning. Other customers were also waiting unacceptable amounts of time for their food orders.

Waited 30 mins for 2 sausage biscuits. One person making food. Two people making coffees and another taking orders that could have helped the poor one person trying to keep up with food. People still waiting on food and already done with their drinks. Where is the manager???

They have some great employees, but some of them need to work on their customer service skills. They are stand offish, and not very nice. Also, I ordered a drink with Boba added to it, and didn’t get the Boba that I paid for, and didn’t realize it until I was long gone. You ask for a straw and get attitude, and I probably won’t be back. I can make my own drinks at home.
