My family has had 3 visits to this restaurant location and until the breakfast bar opened, we were not interested in returning. The breakfast bar was delicious especially when they brought out fresh hot food. We are thankful they made a special request for eggs made over easy. All 3 of us ate and left full, but only 2 of us want to return. I will definitely be back.By the way, pretzel bites with cheese were delicious here, in past visits.The Buffalo chicken I enjoyed more without the bread.Big Boy has been around for so many years. I do hope they continue to improve and can stay open and do well. I am really glad you got your parking lot manhole fixed! Well done!

What a d*** this location is now. I've been going for years. It's been a min. since I'd been, and I couldn't believe how dirty it was. I found a hair in my salad, and my Slim Jim tasted very weird. Had stomach issue shortly after. I will not be back anytime soon.

Waitress was great. It was clean and quiet. Food looked good but sandwich was bland, lukewarm, and missing that signature press. The fries were undercooked and soggy.. First time back to a big boys in years and sadly I am disappointed. Unfortunately the womens bathroom smelled like a dirty cat liter box and almost made me hurl up what I did eat. However, I'm always willing to give it a second try, maybe breakfast would be better?

It was not my best Big Boy experience. Service was slow, and food came out slightly burnt. Enough to ruin the taste of the chicken. The building was a bit dirty, even for a chain restaurant. We waited long periods before getting a refill or even seeing a wait staff. Other than the girl sitting at a booth on the other side of the restaurant (not on her break, might I add). We got done eating, and I was thinking about dessert, but before I could even ask, the waitress plops down a check and runs off. Didn't ask us if we were ready for the check or if we wanted anything else, and it really killed the mood for me.

Clean restaurant, very friendly staff. Danielle is manager & extremely friendly & helpful.We got $5.00 omelettes with all the trimmings.Highly recommend!.

Took 15 minutes to get a menu, then 20 minutes for drinks, then she forgot a drink and I had to remind her twice for it. Our appetizers sat on the done ledge for 15 minutes before our waitress finally brought them to the table. We didn't get checked once to see if we needed anything. The whole experience was almost 2 hours long. Very disappointing.

As a prior employee of Big Boy...this place was extremely upsetting. I understand places are understaffed right now...but come on. The food was barely edible, the restaurant was dirty and it took an hour to get a salad, gross fries and a Jr. Burger.

Breakfast buffet isn't the greatest anymore and served to you. Had issues with my meal last time I ordered off the menu; had to have it remade as they didn't make it properly. The in-laws don't want to come back after a second failed meal here.
Waited 45 minutes for burnt chicken and an undercooked waffle. Took 25 mm minutes to get a refill on my coffee. When we sent the chicken back they replaced it but the cook didn't sift the flour and there were chunks of flour that could have broken my friends kids teeth. My other friend ordered the philly cheesesteak and puked as soon as we got back to his house. I Will not be going back anytime soon. Past experiences weren't that great either with undercooked hashbrowns cold overcooked eggs

5pm and only 6 people in the restaurant. It’s very clean, waitress was very pleasant and here comes the food! My normal is the Slim Jim and as usual it was delicious but has shrunk considerably in portion size…but as you can see, my plate is empty! My guest had loaded 4 cheese fries and that was a debatable choice. However the 4 cheese sauce was surprisingly tasty. He had strawberry pie as well and hmmmm let’s just say it was sweet and that’s about all that I can say. For a 25.00 meal, wouldn’t do it again. But, I will be back for my Slim Jim!

Food was awful, $15 for breakfast buffet which was like 6 options and it was comparable to cafeteria food. Worse food i have had in a long time and the manager was very unprofessional. She did not care that we didnt like it. She was talking bad about us to staff and we could hear everything. Waitress was super nice. All we ate was a piece if watermelon and still charged us for the kids meal. It was really bad :/ we wont ever go back which is sad.

Stopped in for breakfast, since it's reopened under new management. I ordered pancakes and bacon. Sister ordered chicken and waffles. Brother-in-law got big breakfast w/pancakes.My pancakes were hard on one side, stiff on the other, and cold enough that butter wouldn't melt. I munched my bacon while I waited on her to check on us, at which time I was gonna try french toast instead.Chicken tenders were nearly black, they were burnt so badly and Brother-in-law's pancake was also cold. He did, however, try it. He said it was gritty.Finally the waitress came back to give us the bill. She didn't even ask how everything was. I slid my pancakes to her and said "Can you take these off? They are hard and cold." She finally offered to bring something else but I didn't want to risk it (or WAIT LONGER)The one star is because the bacon was wonderful.

My family used to love big boy's. The milkshakes were mostly milk,even my 5 yr old didn't want his. Our salads came out after the main meal. The rest of family was almost done by the time I got my food and the hour I was there got 2 glasses of water and had to ask for them both times. We were there an hour before closing and they concentrated more on closing down store than serving us our food
