Terrible customer service from the manager here. They didn't have the salad we ordered and told us they can't refund 1 item. My mother paid for the order so I was trying to figure out what else we could get since it was her money. So I had my boyfriend ask how much the wings or their deserts were to see and obviously we would pay the difference in price. The manager told him nope we can't do that.. being rude as ever. My mom called up there and she was told that he is sick of explaining things to people all the time after being told he was rude. Please don't work in a customer service job if you can't handle people asking questions and wanting their money back. Won't ever order from this location again! Oh and we have yet to receive our credit for the salad they didn't have. Place is a joke!
Oh and the pizza we paid $16.99 for had very few toppings on it. Crazy.

Ordered food at 8pm for the family, said it would be 14-29min for delivery, not a problem. At 9pm still had no food or word from Domino's. It showed on their tracker they left the store at 828pm. At one point it showed them on my street, they said there was no house at my address when I called and asked where the food was. They claimed they drove all around and even tried to call(they lied my phone never rang) when I questioned this the worker got an attitude and said what do you want us to do if there is no house there. I am pretty sure there is a house at my address. They did not care at all and treated me like I was the problem for calling and wondering where my food was. Finally he just canceled the order and hung up the phone.. I have ordered dozens of times from here and they have never had a issue delivering to my house before. absolutely ridiculous service. Ordered from doordash right after this from another place and guess what no issues finding my house from them.

I live in a gated area and had ordered Dominos delivery several times from this place. Only 2 1/2 miles away or less. The problem is It is out of their delivery area now 😳

I've ordered from this location several times, and the food has gotten increasingly worse as time goes on. The last visit was the final straw; the food was quite soggy and undercooked, and the service was non-existent. The person behind the counter offered no greeting when I came in and gave no parting words even after I thanked them. The lobby area, despite being quite spacious, has next to no stock of any drink products.
We have enough pizza places in town that I don't see a need to ever go back here again. Not worth my time or money.

Took an hour and 30 minutes to finally recieve our food after being told 30 minutes ago that it was a couple minutes away. The tracker did not work at all, we were given an estimate of 24 minutes, if the location was busy why didnt our estimated time relate that? I called and canceled our order 10 minutes ago because my kids had already fell asleep, they put the money back on my card and I lay down irritated next thing you know my card get recharged and theyre at my door with the pizza. No one is sup to eat it so I guess ill put it in the fridge for tomorrow 😡

I've been patient/bit my tongue far too long .... But I finally had to warn/say something.
I just don't want others to waste as much time as I just did/ have before. There are plenty other pizzerias in Davison. 😓

The manager claimed they could credit the account for the next time the item was in which is not what we want. We wanted to funds credited back. The manager became snarky and failed to resolve any issues.
