I ordered dinner to go a couple nights ago. The worst part was not the food they charged me for that I didnt order or the three times I had to repeat my order it was after paying almost $60 there was a hair in food. I called and asked for a refund and they refunded me $15. None of the food that got ordered was ate due to this. I used to eat here regularly and I wont be returning.

Wow ! Such a Great experience at Hamlin Pub! We ate outside and the service was SO fast and friendly. We didn't even have to ask and a kid gentleman came to start the outdoor heater for us. The food was to DIE for. We will definitely be back!

This is a horrible location. The one in Clarkston was very friendly and had polite service and good food. This location completely ignored me after they sat me down. They waited on the people that came in after me. They looked right at me and still didn't come over to serve me. Would definitely suggest the Clarkston loc

Absolutely colossal portions for the $14 Buffalo chicken sliders. All 3 sliders had the same amount of chicken. Our server was excellent, but we won’t be back

Our waitress was amazing! Super quick, made sure our drinks were full, and was friendly. The food was very good as well. We sat on the patio and it was a great atmosphere.

Terrible experience!! I brought a group of 20 to the location on a Saturday afternoon. Called beforehand and they stated to come right in and they sat us in the side room. Wait staff were great, food was ok. After food was served the waitress advised us that her manager stated we were too loud and either had to cash out our bills or pay $500 to reserve the room. We asked to speak to the manager but he/she refused to talk and restated our only options. Our group was comprised of about 6 couples in our mid fifties and the rest were our adult children. At no time were we asked to lower our volume. Just given an ultimatum. I emailed the Hamlin CEO over a week ago. No response!!! I’ve spent quite a bit of money at Hamlin since they opened. They apparently don’t care. Can’t wait for the new bar/restaurant to open on m15!

Just wanted to take a moment and say how fantastic Chris is behind the bar! We come there specifically to see him. Regularly. He knows our drink and our order after our second visit.
