I called to make a pick up order. The girl on the phone says she’s new and apologizes& I order what I wanted, she says it back to me& said it wrong so I repeated what I wanted. I get there and my pizza got stuck at the bottom of the oven, oven got turned off. I was told to wait and that they were going to remake the pizza& I would get a free 2 liter which was nice. A different girl comes up to me and asks what I’m waiting for, this was like 20 or 25 minutes later and I said a gluten free pizza & then asked my name & came out with my box, it had been sitting back there and they never brought it to me. I got to my car come to find out the new girl messed up my whole order, I got pizza sauce, chicken and pickles. It was nasty, I looked at the receipt& she got the whole order wrong, mind you I didn’t order chicken or the pizza sauce it was supposed to be bacon, pickle and ranch pizza. Wasted my time for half hour waiting, I will not be returning.

I placed an order for delivery, and one item was missing from my pizza. Which is fine; we are all human, and mistakes get made. I called to see what could be done to fix the issue, and Bob was very kind and efficient. He offered me several convenient solutions to my problem. Overall, Bob and the other staff members were extremely kind, and the service was excellent. I will be returning.

The pizza was fine, the order was correct and all but it took 60 minutes for a pickup order of two pizzas to be ready... I can't be too harsh on the staff, but I'll probably just stick to other pizza places for a while.

30 minute wait for one pizza Next visit they said my order would be done in 3 minutes, 10 minutes later and I'm still sitting here. These guys need a lesson in speed,
i didn’t get food delivered personally but the delivery driver in a chrysler concorde does not know how to drive! they’re cutting people offc getting on peoples butts, and smoking while having customers food in their car!

We ordered 2 pizzas yesterday. I know they were kind of busy but they were about the WORST pizzas ever. Hands down. Ok your business was busy. But those pies were bad. No excuses, a recipe is a recipe no matter what. It will be a while before we order here again.

When you purposefully ask for extra of something you'd think you'd get more than a small sprinkle. Not a 1-time issue, happens virtually every time I order from this store.
