I had called ahead of time on 12/21/25 at around 6:10 pm and they told me my order would take 25 minutes. I showed up around 6:40 pm and they told us it would be another 15 minutes just for a baked Italian sub. We went back in after 15 minutes and I respectfully said that I had an order and the young girl rolled her eyes with an attitude. She also didn't give me extra sauce which I politely asked for over the phone twice. Great food but the employees need to lose their attitudes and be respectful.

Food is decent for the price if you can manage to get a coupon put on. Triple Topper for $8.99 is a steal. Most of the staff seem polite and understanding if an issue arises, but you can tell the atmosphere is tense when the older gentleman with white hair (I believe he's the owner). I've witnessed him throw stuff around in a tantrum and scream at his employees (Most of who looked like they were teenagers). He made one employee run out the store in tears with a lobby full of people but somehow managed to convince her to come back. He does not seem like a good person and because of his actions I will not be returning nor will any of my friends or family. Someone who is so rotten and nasty to his staff or customers does not deserve to run a franchise. He's putting a horrible impression on the Hungry Howies name.

The quality of the ingredients seem very good. I bought the deep dish BBQ chicken pizza with Cajun crust and it has been delish with times. I've only eaten here twice and both times the pizza was good. I bought the Antipasta salad and ut was mostly lettuce. I said no olives and there was olives. I just took them out but it happens everywhere not just here. The salad was good but not a lot of toppings just a lot of lettuce. The tasty pizza is why I gave ut 5 stars. Skip the lettuce.

Avoid Davison Hungry Howies!!! Everytime I order from the Davison location they mess up my order! Last time they forgot my breadsticks. This time my 2 liter and dipping sauces when I paid for them it's really annoying. I have literally never got everything I ordered the last few times I have ordered from this location. The bread was very sticky and the box was crushed when I got it, The delivery driver got lost and kept driving by my house and driving backwards on a main road, stopped in front of my house and acted delusional telling me his life problems. 30 min later I got my pizza. What a Joke, Terrible Quality of Service. Food tasted terrible! $50 and I only could eat 2 pieces and threw the rest away,Garbage. I never have this problem at other locations!!! I will go somewhere else from now on.

I called to make a pick up order. The girl on the phone says she’s new and apologizes& I order what I wanted, she says it back to me& said it wrong so I repeated what I wanted. I get there and my pizza got stuck at the bottom of the oven, oven got turned off. I was told to wait and that they were going to remake the pizza& I would get a free 2 liter which was nice. A different girl comes up to me and asks what I’m waiting for, this was like 20 or 25 minutes later and I said a gluten free pizza & then asked my name & came out with my box, it had been sitting back there and they never brought it to me. I got to my car come to find out the new girl messed up my whole order, I got pizza sauce, chicken and pickles. It was nasty, I looked at the receipt& she got the whole order wrong, mind you I didn’t order chicken or the pizza sauce it was supposed to be bacon, pickle and ranch pizza. Wasted my time for half hour waiting, I will not be returning.
Lady working was so rude. Pizza not done. Last time I order from here. To many chances.

I placed an order for delivery, and one item was missing from my pizza. Which is fine; we are all human, and mistakes get made. I called to see what could be done to fix the issue, and Bob was very kind and efficient. He offered me several convenient solutions to my problem. Overall, Bob and the other staff members were extremely kind, and the service was excellent. I will be returning.

The pizza was fine, the order was correct and all but it took 60 minutes for a pickup order of two pizzas to be ready... I can't be too harsh on the staff, but I'll probably just stick to other pizza places for a while.
