Check your order before leaving. My most recent trip they forgot the Jalapeño sides I paid for and gave me a different salad than what I ordered, but I noticed before leaving and they handled the swap well. Seemed like the person who bagged it was new. So, I still gave 5 stars. Gotta support my favorite pizza place.

I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza, a howie cookie, and a cheese bread. The app would only let me add one crust so I called and asked if the could put butter cheese on the crust too and they agreed. I got my pizza and bread first (I should have checked it but didnt) and had to wait for them to make the cookie because they had 2 orders with cookies and didnt put mine in... No biggie. I walk in to get the cookie and it's just sitting on top of the hot cart, thought that was weird, but ignored it. Got home and the pizza not only didn't have the butter cheese but was completely plain. I called to tell them and I was told to come back. Im a pretty reasonable person and was ok with them adding the garlic after the fact. I asked him to put butter with LIGHT garlic and emphasized light (previous howies employee here, the garlic taste is stronger and way more salty when it's put on after its cooked) when I got home with the box there was a TON of garlic in the box and on the crust, I literally couldn't eat it because of how salty it was. At this point I wasn't going back up to the store a 3rd time. Waste of 12 bucks and my time and gas driving back and fourth

someone needs to teach this place to stop undercooking their pizzas. normal pizzas are doughy, and the thin crust are always undercooked as well. DONT GET DELIVERY if you live close. it will take an hour or more to get your food and by that time your food arrives it will be soggy i have ordered delivery from here over 10 times since i moved here almost a year ago. every time even if i order well done cook even the thin crust is soggy.
I love the Asiago cheese bread! I also appreciate that a percentage of all sales in October goes to Breast Cancer research, so I usually order in October.
Found the pizza and wings very enjoyable, love the flavored crust. Much better wings than Jets but not as good as Pizza Mia on Perry. The pizza though is superior to both of those places.

Food showed up 2 hours late, when we called to check in on what was taking so long, they stated it was on its way out. After another 30 minutes went by it finally showed up cold. Will never be ordering from here again, a shame too.
