I was the first one in line and stood there over five minutes while six people behind the counter never said a word to me and never came up to wait on me. Therefore, I left and gave my business to Burger King.. If they would at least said I’ll be with you shortly I probably would’ve stayed.

We stopped here on a trip to Toronto for lunch. Jimmy Johns is the top choice for road trip food since it doesn't upset your stomach in the middle of nowhere! The sandwiches are always good and they are always made quick even if the restaurant is busy. This location only has a couple of people working but we got our sandwiches in about a minute and grabbed our chips and drinks and we're back on our way to our destination!

It's freaky fast! But unfortunately, they only deliver like a five mile radius, so I can not get it delivered. But when I place an order ahead of time, they have it ready and waiting when I get there!

The music was too loud, and the girl who helped me the first time was rude and had an attitude. Her name is Cali, she didn't listen to my mom and I when we were ordering our food didn't listen and get the whole order for two giant subs, one regular sub, two pesto salads, and three large drinks. She didn't put the regular size sub on the first order #139. Kent came back from lunch to help prepare the order and saw that it did not include everything she had heard us order. She apologized but said that we would have to order the missing sub that was never charged for. Kent did order #141 and wanted to make sure we used our phone number to use points to get the regular sub for free.

I always enjoy the subs, but honestly over priced. Last time I was there, the employees were off their game and it took a long time. Maybe a shift change? One gut was standing at register for over 10 minutes, but not helping. Not sure what he was doing. 4 of us had ordered and all standing waiting for out food. One girl only slicing meat, who ignored the back up. One employee eating at a table. I don't know what was going on, but not freaky fast! Sandwich was still good.

Well if they could get an order correct I wouldn't be giving 1 star but they always mess up out orders and they charge a ton for addons that they don't even put on. Now they just rob people and pull a fast one on those who don't like to complain but after this Incident which wasn't the first time. We're done going to jimmy johns all together. This is not the first time nore first location locally I'm just over trying to deal with customer service when they just give you the run around and don't actually care what their franchise owners are doing. Spend your money on better food elsewhere!
