Stopped by this location on Saturday evening around 6:00 PM, expecting a typical dinner visit, only to be told the restaurant was out of chicken.
I understand that supply shortages, staffing challenges, and unexpected issues can happen in food service. That said, being out of your primary product during one of the busiest dinner times of the week, especially on a Saturday, was surprising and disappointing.
This isn’t meant to criticize the employees on shift, as they can only work with what they’re given. However, this does raise concerns around owner or leadership inventory planning, staffing levels, and operational decision-making at this location. A situation like this really impacts customer trust and the overall brand experience.
Sharing this feedback in hopes that corporate leadership is made aware and can review what happened so future weekends are better supported. KFC is a place many families rely on for a quick, familiar meal, and experiences like this make that difficult.
I appreciate any follow-up or insight from corporate on how situations like this are addressed moving forward. @KFC

I swear on my life y'all aren't going to believe this... On God, I pulled up to the drive-thru at Kentucky fried Chicken and was immediately informed that they do not have any chicken..... I don't think I need to say anything else.

Where to start? I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the drive thru I was told LOUDLY that all mobile orders must be picked up inside. Okay. Odd. But okay. When I go inside I am completely ignored while the manager screams at his employees. I can see my order sitting behind the counter but they are not going to do anything until the arguing and yelling is done. To compound this, the girl that is (allegedly) working the drive thru window and the counter decides to take a cell phone call. Manager is screaming about everything, but doesn’t tell her to put the phone down and wait on customers. The grand finale comes when I check my order to see if sauces I paid for are in the bag. As I am checking, the manager comes to the counter and yells NO in my face. ALL THE SAUCE IS IN THE BAG!!! Now, I haven’t said a word up to this point. But now I say, “I won’t be back” How can this location remain open with this type of behavior?

Selena was very helpful and patient while we figured out what we wanted to order. This KFC is the best. Friendly and helpful staff. The manager working this early afternoons shift has more hospitality with his work ethics than any other manager my fiance and I have seen. He alone makes you want to come back or just hang around. His humor is a beautiful touch to any day. Someone give that man a raise because he will bring the business !

This is the worst KFC I've pulled up to in years. This location never has any dark meat or chicken for that matter around dinner time. I'm always rushed and the last visit the wing's made me sick. So, I'm sure they were not cook thoroughly. I don't normally complain but when it's my food I will. My money won't keep them in business ‼️

I walked in the KFC in Davison and when I home my order was wrong. While the employee was taking my order, he was texting on his phone. I called the manager and she told me next time I'm close by, stop in and they would make it right.
When did KFC start costing more than a sit down dine in restaurant? Food okay, basic service, prices way too high for the quality.

Totally shocked when opening my Famous Bowl. Worst I have ever seen it! Had just 3 chicken nuggets(usually covered in nuggets) on top, counted 5 strands of one cheese as it should be 3 kinds of cheese and bowl wasn’t even half full with mashed potatoes which normally is pretty full to top, corn and gravy. Not sure if someone didn’t know what they were doing or if this is the new norm. Was very disappointed and wasn’t even enough to fill me up like normal. Have gotten these for years and my fav. Not sure if ever going back to this location (Davison, MI) for the price. Used to be $5 with drink and cookie. I realize prices are up but 3 small chicken nuggets and bowl not even half full and 5 small little strands of one type cheese, leaving me still Hungary?? Really?
