This is the first time eating at this location. First off the womans bathroom the floor was sticky, no where's to hang your purse and the water wasn't working right to wash your hands. Yes it works but it took alot to get it going. Second thing the chicken tenders wasn't right, one seem to be under cook. So I brought it to their attention. The manager was kinda rude and said yes that's cook. Threw a fresh tender in a box. Sorry don't tell the customer they are wrong. It's rude! Then walking out either the manager was yelling or talking loud. Honestly I won't be going back to this location to eat again. By other reviews this restaurant has issues.

I am so very glad that man did not come in and make my food or touch it at all. This guy just walked in from outside, blew his nose at the door with both of his palms of his hands holding a napkin and wiped that napkin all the way down his face. When he walked in the door took his coat off, did not wash his hands and started making food for other people at the drive-thru Skinny older fella That was disgusting. Just disgusting man. I cannot believe nobody told that man to wash his hands. He walked in right in front of me with that napkin in the palm of his hand and wiped it all the way down his face. Put it in his pocket, took his coat off and started making food. I just I'm absolutely disgusted right now

Asked me order twice said he needed to make chicken came back 15 minutes later said he messed up he's been there since 7 am alone so I let him slide tell your company to hire more people but when people come looking for a job you say you're not hiring make it make sense. Must be a new sandwich

I went here to pick up a doordash order. Got screamed at because multiple people had already come to pick up an order and was told "we not makin dat" "call dat lady and tell her to get a refund" "y'all not doin y'all job!" Etc
I pulled off to the side to deal with doordash and a car pulls up and clearly picks up a DD order with no problems. What am I supposed to make of that? Getting drivers to unassign so your friends can get the order? That's what it looks like.
But yeah don't scream at me like a little girl. Go get some testosterone boosters and quit eating the GMO chicken buddy because your estrogen levels are off the charts.

I'm not sure what happened tonight, but the food was not good at all. Cherry bites was dry, hard, filling was dried out no favor at all. The chicken had a wet feel to it. I had grease in chicken box and we ordered two four piece meals and received four packets of hot sauce. The high light of meal was the side dishes. The window person was polite and friend she delivered great customer service. Food was trash tonight. This was the first time I have ever had bad food from this KFC.
Tried the on line app for the first time and was probably the worst experience I’ve had with an online app. I arrived at the drive thru and was told to pull up to the front and wait. While I waited several people pulled up, ordered, were served and left, why do the online app? When she brought out my order she forgot my drink, I had to go in and then stand in line to get it. While I’m waiting the girl at the drive thur is playing on her phone telling people about a fire near her house while the poor guy at the counter is trying to keep up with orders.
Garbage quality. -years later, this is the only bad review I refuse to delete. The only one that was truly deserving. My dad would come home with davison KFC as a kid and it was perfect, now the breading, the Mac, everything just way downhill. WHAT HAPPENED

Place an app order that said it would be ready at 4:50 at 5:25 still not ready finally get it and there’s no sauces or honey in the bag and all the sides were completely cold☹️ manager said it took longer because they had to wait for the chicken tenders then proceeded to tell me the order sat for 20 mins after trying to speak with her. I told her the person was standing right there waiting for it and she acted as if I was lying. Would love to know why the owner allows this bullcrap! Would love to speak with the owner
