I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 sides of mashed potatoes at the drive thru here. The lady who took our order was rude & we did not receive the mashed potatoes. We also were not given a receipt to dispute the charge for the mashed potatoes.

This is the worst KFC on EARTH. Staff do not know how to prepare for dinner rush. 30 min wait for chicken because of their inability to prep and anticipate an obviously busy time of night. Never have I come here and was able to complete an order that wasnt made to order. Pathetic.

Cole slaw was like sand the biscuits where rock hard chicken was dry and slim on the meat worst $49 bucks I ever spent and then they fooled me into spending another dollar on coupons which are worthless being the food I got the first time col sanders I’m sure is rolling over in his grave at this point. Give customers opportunity to share pictures of the GARBAGE you people call food. No receipts. Asking $35 dollars for 8 piece bucket.After 7 years of trying to give this place opportunity to improve we along with many others will not eat greasy garbage. Meijer and Kroger grocery stores have better chicken. You wouldn't survive on community alone. If people coming off expressway only knew your place is NASTY
Pulled into drive-thru at 9:45pm. Guy in front of me had no answer from the speaker so he left... my turn now. No answer from anyone on speaker, waited for 5 minutes. Pulled up to window, no workers in sight. Pulled into parking lot, adjacent to the window. Employees turned parking lot lights off, and was peeking around the corner of what I can only assume is their lazy spot, with phone in hand. Disappeared back into nothingness and never heard from them. What a bunch of lazy employees. Absolutely awful in every way shape and form

Waited over a half hour spent 42 dollors an change.It was so greasy and cold ,the wings and legs were dry and nasty the corn was old . Over all it sucks wasted my hard earned money. The food was the worst thing ever . I got up this morning an was in bathroom 4 times . I m glad I only ate one
This kfc worser then the one in the hood! ? smh I just came from there at 620pm the lil girl at the window and the speaker had an attitude so damn bad! I wasn’t even going to waste my energy arguing just long as my food was right. Soon as I get home food is disgusting and I asked for no pickles lmao she was so worried about me finishing my order she didn’t get the order right? then I called up there 3 times no one is answering the phone. I’ll never go back! They didn’t deserve a 1 star!
