When I went to pick up the pizza from here it was complete disaster. When I complained they just told me they didn't care. Just told them to keep the pizza and throw it away. Pretty dirty inside as well. Never go here.

Went in at like 8:40pm, just ordered some bread and a hot n ready and the pizza tasted like it was sitting in the back waiting to be thrown out. As someone who used to work at this chain, I am very disappointed to see employees conduct business in this manner.

Pulled up at the drive through at 935-940 when they close at 10 and two kids on their phones just looked at me sitting at the drive through. Service was awful, formally working in the pizza industry I know how easy it is to make a single pizza. Instead they close to sit on their asses and do nothing.

getting tired of going here and needing to repeat myself 4-5 times before they guy behind the counter hears me. im tired of waiting 2 to 3x longer than what i was told i would have to. and getting tired of getting messed up orders

I was really disappointed tonight I arrived at about 6:37pm, ordered a pepperoni pizza Parm and butter on the whole pie, a side of bread and sauce, and an 8 piece chicken. We were told it would be about 5-10 minutes, we waited 25 minutes and I could get the cashier's attention, she was young and likely new as she was obviously very confused and kept asking the other workers for help with everything. They were visably stressed so I feel for them but it's crazy to put someone by themselves on front cash and not properly train them, we ended up waiting a total of 42 minutes when I finally was able to get her attention "oh sorry someone put it in the heater" yes they put them in warmers as soon as theyre done so they arent cold but since i think I remember seeing my chicken on the counter for a few minutes while this girl ran around confused, asking the guy next to me (who was picking up a door dash order) 4 times if she could help him. Our pizza looked like a four year old cut it and instead of being covered Parm and butter it was covered in burnt crumbs from I assume was a dirty pizza cutter, our chicken was cold and burnt.

Tried three times to order on line and would not go through. I called the store in Davison Mi and they could not take my delivery order over the phone. All that time wasted.

Went and ordered 6 classic Pepperoni pizzas tonight as we had spent the day swimming with the kiddos. Picked up order and got home to find the pizza wasn't even cut and there was little to no sauce on them! Spent almost $50 to have to cut the pizza myself and make sauce for them after ordering out?
