The waitress was very rude! We had to get other waitresses to go get her. Slamming cups and plates down ignored us said our steak was 22 ounces ribeye. Asked another waitress that was going by how big is this steak She said that’s our 16 ounces ribeye ribeye. Gave me cinnamon sugar when I asked for brown sugar ( I had it before there). Told us they only have cinnamon sugar I can’t have cinnamon I get a terrible migraine. The waitress was Nicole blond hair. You lost a customer because of her rudeness

So I'm not sure what has happened to this particular location but I dont recommend it. The last few times its always something so this time I figure lets get takeout shortly after they open and arent busy. NOPE. Paid for extras on a salad to be told they dont have them. They cant refund the items cuz it was an online order. Okay no biggie. The hostess who brought my wife the food was the only good spot of this whole experience. Also when someone requests certain dressings and pay extra for extra and you cant seem to figure out what anything is other than ranch. Yeah I DONT WANT RANCH! So charge me for veggies I cannot have. Charge me extra for dressing i didnt get and the one I did was f'ing ranch. And dont get me started on tbe floppy bacon that I dont think can be considered cooked, my dog wouldn't eat it! I use to love Lucky's was even a regular at senor luckys but I'm not gonna keep spending good money on terrible food from here. Sadly that means all luckys! Oh and topping on top of the crap cake y'all served up...I was on the road how do i eat soup with a fork? Wtf guys!

House salad taste weird. The ranch tasted off so didn’t eat it. The chicken was so dry and flavorless. My husband burger also was flavorless. The well done plastic stick was between the burger and bun and found out as he bit into it.

Used to love this place, then tonight I went with my girlfriend and her sister. I ordered a beer and the bartender argued with us not once, but twice because my ID wasn’t an enhanced ID and stated that I needed that to get alcohol. We told her many times that’s not correct and it’s only to board flights, but she was adamant and came back to argue even after I gave up and ordered a water.
From out of state visiting. Everything was amazing. The prine rib was so delicious and practically melted in my mouth. If I'm ever in the area again, I will be stopping.

Sadly, we had two terrible prime ribs, and so did the table next to us. Toughest I've ever tried to eat. We all let our server know, and she had the manager visit. He stated he would have to inform their distributor. Biggest problem was only being given 25% off of each; I feel 50% or 100% would have been more appropriate. Atmosphere - the tables jammed into the aisle between the booths and server area is tight and ridiculous IMO. Our server was nice and did a good job, but acted surprised when we complained about the meat, when the table next to us already had complained and we did not know it. They overheard us, then spoke to us after we aired our grievance. I don't go out to eat but a few times a year, and wanted prime rib. Seriously disappointed and it will be another 20+ years, if ever, that I go back. Veggies and beer were good though.

Tried to give this place another shot as it used to be really great. Me and my wife were disappointed, to say the least. We both got the big ribeye well done. They had to be sent back as they were still mooing. The bread, salad, and sides were all cheaper quality than they used to provide. After we got the steaks back from the cook and tried them, we just checked out and went home and threw it away. Wouldn't have even fed it to our dog if we had one, $80 thrown away (meal and tip). We won't be back again. It's a shame that you can get a better quality meal and environment from Texas Roadhouse than Luckys nowadays. Service was ok considering the circumstances.

It had been a while since going to Lucky's. But I recently went after church Sunday and so glad I did. When I arrived it was nice to see a fresh paint job on the outside, new flooring in the dining room and foyer. I'm sure they are still updating but I was happy for what I saw. They even had a feature menu. We tried medallion beef Tips in a bowl of mashed potatoes topped with bourbon sauce and scallions. I also had my favorite, glazed Brussel sprouts. It was delicious reasonably priced and had enough for later. We didn't get dessert this time but usually get key lime pie, chocolate cake or carrot cake. I loved the new updates. You should check out my photos This place is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible. Also had several TV monitors in the dining room and a separate sports bar. Can't wait to go back.

We went to celebrate our daughter’s 22nd birthday. We had a party of 7 the hostess asked if I called ahead, no you don’t take reservations, apparently this changed, don’t know when but it changed. We waited about 40 months for our table. When we got seated, we were asked what we would like to drink, 20 minutes later still no drinks. We finally got our drinks and ordered our food before the waitress walked away. We waited another 30 minutes for our food, the hot or what was to be hot came out of the kitchen before our salads and soup. My steak was room temperature and my au gratin potatoes were cold, uncooked and had a strange flavor. Two in the party had hamburgers, which no longer come with steak fries, another new change. The waitress never came back to ask if everything was okay if we needed anything else, more bread. She never apologized for the entree’s coming out before the salads. My husband and I waited another 15 minutes for the waitress to come with the check and another 10 for her to come and pick it up, when she made the comment “You must think I’m holding you hostage “. Even worse the owner was the one that served us our entree’s and he didn’t apologize. No they weren’t busier than they normally are on a Saturday night and yes I did expect to wait but not that long because they changed their no reservations policy, a table that we could have been seated at sat empty until that party arrived 15 minutes after we arrived.

Great food and huge portions!
My husband and I don't get to spend much time together or have date night/ lunches because he's a third shift RN and on top of that we are a 1 year old. So today we were finally able to get out. Our waitress Ashtyn was just terrible. I don't know another other way to put it. Super slow service and was goofing around while we were waiting for drinks, condiments ( oh also, I didn't know that they bring ketchup out in soufflé cups, I thought they had ketchup bottles), and silverware.... which we asked for twice. Normally I would take some silverware wraps off the tables around us but there weren't any. However crummy our waitress was the food was wonderful.
