Herbalist Nurse Fee

So far the only location that has fresh food and made fresh fries every time I come through the drive thru. I can appreciate that. I'm not always a fan of McDonald's because of the bad food and service. However, this location hasn't disappointed me yet. 🙏

Was there at 3:15 today. Ordered and they made it wrong so had to go back. The manager is messed up and literally used the same wrappers and stuff after it's been passed back and forth. Smh. I won't be back to this location. It's a joke. Worst one I've been to.

Today I went to grab lunch on a Saturday so lunch starts at 11:00 am. I was in the Drive-Thru at 10:59 a.m. McDonald's employee refuse to ring me up for lunch and wanted me to drive around the building and get back in line. The manager got on the speaker and told me I cannot sit in the Drive-Thru for a minute waiting for lunch and was rude about it. By the time we talked about it and I drove away it was 11:00. McDonald's lost a customer that day for poor customer service and making it a bigger issue than it was when I could have been helped. There was no need for any of that.

I experienced racism from the younger employees and a few other black friends of mines said they did as well at this location; some guy with pink hair went to the back and hid and coughed on cookies and other employee laughed and looked back at me with the Omg face to see if I seen it. The cashier apologized to me with a refund saying she is so sorry! I wouldn’t dare come back to this place and I’m calling corporate in the morning.

Ordered delivery. Bag sealed when it arrived. Large fry had a small fry size amount of fries and I ordered my burger plain due to allergies and there was onion stuck to the bun. Shameful to charge for large full price meal and pay for that as well to not get it that way! Shameful! Do better!

They're always forgetting something, whether or not it's a drink or a food item. It also feels like they're always understaffed, and I'm often waiting for 5+ minutes just to place my order, and even when i do get my order placed the people can be rude.
