Ordered delivery. Bag sealed when it arrived. Large fry had a small fry size amount of fries and I ordered my burger plain due to allergies and there was onion stuck to the bun. Shameful to charge for large full price meal and pay for that as well to not get it that way! Shameful! Do better!

They're always forgetting something, whether or not it's a drink or a food item. It also feels like they're always understaffed, and I'm often waiting for 5+ minutes just to place my order, and even when i do get my order placed the people can be rude.

There are rarely any people at the order desk, so you are stuck with the kiosk. It will only allow certain changes, so if you want free water or a side of secret sauce, you still need to track down a person. May as well ask for extra napkins while you're at it. They're extra stingy with those.

its insane how quickly this mcdonalds went downhill ordered 4 snack wraps and they refused to give me more than 1 dip even though i ordered 4 sauces for free on the app same as sauce, they just started charging for lettuce and other condiments on items that were free for years the chicken in the snack wraps were very small tenders and had gristle

I was here earlier today with my mother. It is a real feel of 100 degrees in Michigan today. There was NO AC. I saw they have warning signs out but how can this store still be open with employees when it is THAT HOT with no AC. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I don't know if the air is broken there or what but the employees are CLEARLY suffering bc they're all dripping with sweat. That's not just unfair to them it's gross and unsanitary. If this heat is too much for your AC either get it fixed or close down for a couple days bc this is unacceptable
Whoever was on table at 7:15 pm today made my 2 double cheeseburgers with no onion and pickles even tho they were regular and I asked for a sweet tea with liquid sugar added (I'm from the south and like my sweet tea really sweet) and it was definitely not added
