I just wanted a mcflury and I was shocked to see how small the cups gotten and the price went up. You don't even get the cup full it's half empty for almost 5 bucks I will not ever buy this again . I've gotten them from other stores and they are always full to the bend in the cup/lid. I feel cheated and I even asked if this was the right size I paid for. There might be 25cents worth of ice cream in this cup

But when you live down the street from a McDonald’s and still drive across town to avoid it because 4 out of 5 orders are wrong, something has to give.
This morning was the last straw. Ordered DoorDash and received only half my order .. with eggshells mixed in. Yeah… livid doesn’t even cover it.
I called and requested a staff meeting, dead serious. Everyone has bad days, I get that ... but consistency matters, especially when people are paying for convenience. Fix the problem it's been to long Mcdonalds on Lapeer rd in Davison fix your staff!!

Waited in line for at least 10-12 minutes, couldn't get any service. I couldn't get anyone to even make eye contact with me. I was next in line the whole time, and couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge thats I was there. I i acknowledge that I was there. We finally walked out, and I will not ever spend any money in that place, and I live right down the road.

This McDonalds is the embodiment of a “Hot Mess.” I truly hope they invest in figuring their sheet out one day, because the proximity to my house would be nice.. suggest you choose Taco Bell or a diff location until owners figure themselves out and get good management

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this visit to McDonald’s deserves mention. I went through the drive-thru expecting the usual quick and convenient service, but instead, I waited over 15 minutes just for a basic order — no large customization, nothing complicated. After that long delay, I was instructed to pull into a reserved parking spot, which is becoming an all-too-common tactic to falsely improve drive-thru time metrics. It didn’t help — my food still didn’t arrive promptly.
What stood out even more was the lack of attention to detail in the final order. Items were missing, and the overall presentation felt rushed and sloppy. The staff seemed very young and inexperienced — not necessarily a problem, but there was no visible supervision or professionalism, and it showed in both speed and accuracy.
Fast food is supposed to be fast. This was the exact opposite. I’d recommend other nearby locations or simply skipping this one if you value your time and want your order done right the first time.

I try to avoid this mcdonalds as much as I possibly can, I haven't got good food from here in years. It's the closest one to me, but I'd rather drive to one that isn't as close because this one is the WORST. I don't usually leave reviews and when I do they usually aren't good. I went to this mcdonalds today and there was nobody in the line (shocker) and got told to wait at one of the designated spots for my food (drive thru) so I was expecting hot food since I was told to wait. They bring some of the food out and forget an entire meal. I get home and my family starts eating and there's hair in my food, the fries were cold, half empty, and entirely unsalted, my cheeseburger seemed like it had been sitting out for days, the patty was cold and hard, the buns were chewy and dry, my child's happy meal that was supposed to be a 6pc nugget literally had 5 nuggets in it. The chicken sandwiches were dry. It seemed like everything was made days ago. It was overall a terrible experience. I know mcdonalds hires anyone but seriously? I don't expect much as its a mcdonalds but this is just sad.
