I went to this starbucks 3 times, every-time I get a strawberry refresher with lemonade. It’s always a full cup of lemonade with no strawberry taste. If I wanted a lemonade I would order a lemonade. I pay 2x the price of a lemonade. I’m done with this starbucks!

Placed order online waited until it said it was ready and went there to pick it up and wasn't even made. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it made up. No manager was even there. Not happy with them at all.

Ordered a Hot Chocolate, got handed a cup of hot water with a slight hint of cocoa. I'm not expecting gourmet, but for $5 I should get something better than what I can make with a packet of Swiss Miss.

Customer service is so rude! And Olivia that took our order aggressively side my 10 year old daughter’s cake pop at her and it almost slid off the counter. Promising I’ll never return to this location!

It's a small Starbucks, but they do ok. The wait is sometimes long, but again, it is small, and the workers do the best they can with what they have.

I am super tired of walking out with a latte when i've always ordered a cappuccino from this location. Not sure if they just don't want to do a cappuccino or just don't know how. I started having them remake them because I was tired for paying for food that was not like I requested(they still cannot get it right). This is the only starbucks I have ever had an issue with. Then THE Same Starbucks.
I placed A mobile order for an iced Americono...they apparently didn't have that size of cup so they decided to make me a hot one. ..????WTH

I placed a mobile order and it was ready within the time the app said it would be ready. Barista was friendly. I ordered an iced chai latte with cinnamon powder and it was honestly the best one I’ve had from Starbucks. Keep up the good work.

I order from this location all the time. Seems like they are always messing my order up. Ordered a trenta iced coffee with 8 pumps of caramel and 4 pumps of white mocha. (Dont judge me, I like my coffee sweet) I don't taste either one... and my boyfriend picked my coffee up and brought it home for me. Or else I would of went right back in. Normally when I get white mocha I can see it at the bottom of the cup, but I only see some caramel. I just ordered the same exact coffee from Lapeer location over this past weekend and it was soo good! So I'm very disappointed especially since this drink is almost $10.
Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. Staff all needs to be retrained or turn off mobile orders since that is priority to them over helping the people in front of them.
Not too much to say, typical coffee shop. Because of the brand name a heavily overinflated price. To be quite honest with you I've never noticed much difference at any Starbucks? Are people just lost in a fantasy about coffee or am I missing something lol. You can get good coffee just about anywhere anymore. There's literally several independently owned mom and pop coffee places in every city and I encourage people to support them they actually put more care into it than a corporate entity that for profits and doesn't really care about quality anymore.

I am a consistent customer at this Starbucks and for the most part they are great! There is a barrista or two, however, who consistantly make my drink order wrong and I order the exact same thing every day. I am beginning to get a bit frustrated, it wouldn't be as big of a problem if I had time to try the drink before I left the store and get it fixed but I am in a rush in the morning.

Went in on a Sunday morning and they were pack which is typical but nobody was calling out names of the orders and they had so many people everywhere you couldn’t even get to the counter to grab your drink. What’s the point of taking my name if you’re not going to call it when my order is done. Finally made my way up there and my drink was no longer frozen. Had been sitting there for 15 plus minutes. CALL PEOPLES NAME WHEN THERE DRINK IS DONE, I will never come to this location again! Y’all suck!
