I should have left this review sooner, because this location has always gotten my order correct, staff are kind, and orders are prompt even when it is super busy.
Today, I made a mistake. I accidentally took a similar drink with a similar name and did not realize until I was 5 miles away the mistake that I had made. I called and the staff was still so kind, even when I had been 100% at fault for the error.
Kacie, if you’re reading this, you have better taste in coffee than me, and I’m so sorry I took your pick up order. I will double check next time!

This used to be my favorite location, but after today, I doubt I will return. Last week, the lid was not secure on my drink, and I spilled it all over myself, kept quiet. Then I asked for extra toppings on my drink, only received the usual amount, and today is my last trip. I asked for drink customizations, and not one thing was done. I got ZERO pecan crunch topping when I asked for extra, too much ice when I asked for light ice, and my drink tastes like crap. I guess I will be buying ingredients myself and making it at home. I even tip you all every time I go, no matter what my total is.

Very disappointed. Went to the Davison location to celebrate my birthday and received a strawberry açaí lemonade that tasted like watered down lemonade. No strawberry or Açaí flavoring. This has happened the past 2 times I have visited this site.

One of my regular coffee stops on my way to work when I have to drop my son off at school or daycare. There's a couple girls that are usually working and they always make my coffee right (even my sister's complicated one when I get hers too) and they are always very nice. I rarely have to wait when I put in my mobile order, and if I do wait it is hardly more than a couple of minutes. Definitely one of my favorite locations! And yes, I'm a total Starbucks addict. 😉

This is the better starbucks around the Davison Lapeer area, but it's mediocre in just about every starbucks in Mi, so you play the cards you're dealt with.

I went to this starbucks 3 times, every-time I get a strawberry refresher with lemonade. It’s always a full cup of lemonade with no strawberry taste. If I wanted a lemonade I would order a lemonade. I pay 2x the price of a lemonade. I’m done with this starbucks!

Placed order online waited until it said it was ready and went there to pick it up and wasn't even made. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it made up. No manager was even there. Not happy with them at all.

Customer service is so rude! And Olivia that took our order aggressively side my 10 year old daughter’s cake pop at her and it almost slid off the counter. Promising I’ll never return to this location!
It's a small Starbucks, but they do ok. The wait is sometimes long, but again, it is small, and the workers do the best they can with what they have.

I am super tired of walking out with a latte when i've always ordered a cappuccino from this location. Not sure if they just don't want to do a cappuccino or just don't know how. I started having them remake them because I was tired for paying for food that was not like I requested(they still cannot get it right). This is the only starbucks I have ever had an issue with. Then THE Same Starbucks. I placed A mobile order for an iced Americono...they apparently didn't have that size of cup so they decided to make me a hot one. ..????WTH

I placed a mobile order and it was ready within the time the app said it would be ready. Barista was friendly. I ordered an iced chai latte with cinnamon powder and it was honestly the best one I’ve had from Starbucks. Keep up the good work.

I order from this location all the time. Seems like they are always messing my order up. Ordered a trenta iced coffee with 8 pumps of caramel and 4 pumps of white mocha. (Dont judge me, I like my coffee sweet) I don't taste either one... and my boyfriend picked my coffee up and brought it home for me. Or else I would of went right back in. Normally when I get white mocha I can see it at the bottom of the cup, but I only see some caramel. I just ordered the same exact coffee from Lapeer location over this past weekend and it was soo good! So I'm very disappointed especially since this drink is almost $10.
