I love subway. Just wish you didn't have to use the apps for every discount nowadays. I know that's becoming an everywhere "thing" but I hate it. Besides that, this is still a great subway

Went through the drive through. The screen is broken, and has holes on it. You can't even see the next button. At the end when you're done picking your sub. Which takes forever because you literally cannot even see any of the buttons, and they don't even work on the bottom left side. It wanted me to type in my phone number. The 8 doesn't work some of the other buttons worked, but I couldn't put my phone number in. Pulled forward and told the girl at Window. She has me type in my phone number 2 times on the pin pad and said it's not working and Just said I should use the app. How does that help me in like? Who is running this place?

My husband and I go here often, and usually closer to closing time because we work late and always feel bad for being "those people" but it's the only time we have a chance. There is an employee i believe her name is Quincy and she is the absolute best! Never does she mind how late we are and even remembers our order! All the way down to my side of pickles! We appreciate her so much and get so happy when she's working. She deserves a raise!
