Attempted to go through the drive through however the screen is almost unreadable. You can't see half of it and buttons that I did push kept taking me somewhere else I ended up leaving and going else where if you can't talk to a person through an actual speaker to order them maybe have the screen actually visible and not black on one side of it.

I went to the Davison subway store on state road, appt approximately 3:48pm. I asked if they could check my gift card balance, and they refused. The dark brown haired tan girl was v rude and all three women were incompetent. I left without food or help. I felt they were pushing me out the door, so that they didn't have to work as hard. I reported quietly on the website and they resolved the matter without acknowledging the Terrible customer service here, from these young ladies, so I reposted my statement here, to save others the headache of biased Service.

Went to get lunch today at 12. I ordered the American club #10 foot long. The girl forgot my bacon and didn’t realize till I was home. After paying for my meal I said thank you to the cashier and she just pushed my sandwich towards me and walked away with a sigh and started talking to her coworkers.. no your welcome or have a good day so I just walked out without tipping and I always tip my subway workers. They need to be more professional my flint location has more friendly and nicer workers, not coming back here.

Terrible service and horrible food, stale bread that I wouldn’t feed to my dogs and the sub was made incorrectly and then when I called to get a replacement they told me it wasn’t their fault the app ordered my food incorrectly but also refused to make up for THEIR mistake. Never ever ever go here expecting a good time

Listed in the State of Mi website as a participant in the SNAP program and they don’t. When asked if she knew they were listed as one online the woman hung up on me. VERY RUDE and their ordering system is janky!

I love subway. Just wish you didn't have to use the apps for every discount nowadays. I know that's becoming an everywhere "thing" but I hate it. Besides that, this is still a great subway
