The Agitated Grape Bar & Bistro

This is the very berry salad with fried chicken added. I choose ranch over the fruit dressing because their ranch is incredible. As is the rest of the salad. We come here often as they also have my teenagers favorite dish, beer and double bacon Mac and cheese. We love it here. Great food amd great staff.

The waitress was very friendly and did not rush you through the service. She gave you time in-between each service type (drinks, apps, meal, after meal). I hate when I go someplace and they rush you through the dinner this was a nice change of pace. The drinks were very good and the food was delicious. I got the kids mac and cheese for my son (13 months) and it will easily be 2 meals for him and you can tell they make it from scratch. My husband loves his Mac daddy burger and my margarita pizza was not bad, a little too much cheese for me. Over all will definitely go back when in the area next.

Will not go back. Waitress was not friendly and provided poor service. Appetizer came out at the same time as our food . Atmosphere was lacking. Go somewhere else.

Love the food there, especially the berry berry salad with crispy chicken or without it. it's a nice bar. It's a small bar but they also have a bigger space in the back. Live bands, karaoke. My favorite place to come

Why did we wait so long to check it out!? I have no idea. Fun date restaurant with some awesome scheduled activities that we will be coming back for. 🔥
Everything is Michigan from the food to the alcohol choices, you gotta get flight of the ciders.

Finally got to visit yesterday. I had the bruschetta and bbq pork sliders. Both were excellent and the Grand Traverse Gamay wine was very smooth. I sampled my mother’s crab mac and cheese and they use REAL CRAB! No imitation! Very, very happy.

We reserve this place for a party, and I was supremely disappointed.
We had random strangers walking in/through our event the entire reservation. The food ran out, twice, and we had to chase someone down to refill.
The seemed very eager to set us up, and kick us out!
It started wonderful, had time to set up and decorate, but once it started it was a disaster. They didn't even give us the correct food we ordered. $1400 dollars in and we had food issues, drink issues, privacy issues, just plain issues.
I understand bad days, and things happen, ive been in this industry for over 20 years.

I am disappointed with the service and dedication we were provided for our event.

The Agitated Grape is excellent with a great wine and beer selection, and great food. The waffle tacos and smash burgers are particularly good. The atmosphere is 'contemporary cozy' inside and it's nice to go on weeknights and for brunch.

The only thing that keeps me from rating it 5 stars is that they desperately need sound absorption of some type on the ceiling and/or walls. I can't go on nights when it is busy or there is music, because it is deafening inside.

We had a bridal shower here! It was great. They accommodated our food allergies. We did pizza , salad, and pasta. Everyone loved it! Minimum stress day of because everything went as we planned. I would highly recommend for people who have events under 50 people!
