I tried to order two simple doughnuts, but had to settle for a 10 pack of chocolate tim bits. No big deal I'll live. Was then charged for a frap and given a box of Tim bits. When I questioned this I was asked "what do you want a refund is only a couple of cents?". Just give me my damn tim bits, and away I went. I reach in and pull out birthday cake tim bits. So a take my box of disappointment back to the front counter. Apparently the front counter and drive thru are two separate entities separated by vast perils, because no one from the front could go back and find out anything from drive thru. I could not be issued a refund because they had no idea what I purchased. On the bright side because of the employees incompetence there was time for my original two doughnuts to be restocked. so I did receive them I just have to check with my bank to find out what I actually paid for them. Next time I'll just bake my own, and save myself the trouble.

Stood at counter 5 minutes before we were even greeted they were more concerned about drive thru ask for wifi password no one know it just blow us off will return to that location

Ordered 20 pack of assorted Tim Bits at the Davison drive-thru. Not happy to discover it was 3/4 plain ones, and the rest glazed. Turned around, drove back, went in to ask about it. Apparently that was all that they had at the moment. It would have been nice to have been told that, and asked if I wanted to make a different selection, while ordering. Not happy.

I have never been to a Tim Hortons. I was given a gift card from a kind teacher that made this possible. I had a breakfast sandwich and hot chocolate ☕ They were very delicious. They sure hit the spot. Thank you to the teacher and staff at the store. Happy Holidays 🎄

Just a regular Sunday morning was absolute chaos. Order was incorrect multiple times, and took 20 minutes (many other people were having this issue) food was cold a soggy, and the coffee wasn't even worth drinking. I would leave a 0 if I could. I regularly visit Tim Hortons, but after r ecent experiences, I will definitely think twice
Will make a dozen donuts for you, fresh, no problem. Just let them know and they will make them

This Tim hortons messes up something on my order almost every time I go here. Also don’t get me started on how many times they DONT give me something I paid for or give me the wrong thing. Just make sure you check and double check your stuff before you leave. Also make sure to ask for recipes because they won’t give you one. I’m starting to think on purpose.

The staff at this location is a great team. I will sometimes call ahead to see if they have items available and if they don't, they will prepare them fresh. You can't ask for better service!
