Smoothies where great, all where made how we ordered them... staff was a little tired maybe.. idk but they handed me 3 and I had ordered 4 so I had to wait a moment.. but over all good

UPDATE: SAME AS BEFORE... Going in person will get you better food.. I just paid extra (delivery and extra toppings) and tipped 25%.. I got less toppings than normal .. going in person at least allows for you to SHOW the staff the missing paid for things.. this location will fix it. However, it's definitely annoying and time consuming.
Original Post: This is a good location, I would love to give it 5 stars but even when I pay extra for toppings and extra ingredients the food/smoothies are about the same. I've even experienced where I add extra toppings and the item comes lighter than when I don't add/pay for the extras. Conclusion: If there were some consistency I would give a 5 star rating.

Why is it I can order in the app for delivery and when the shop messes up I can’t get a refund. The “manager” on staff said I can’t do anything except tell the general manager. I said that works and went to hang up. I asked him if he wanted my number.
2 issues, 1. why have a manager who can’t fix order issues? 2. If I order what I paid for and they confirm the items were still at the store, why do they make me feel obligated to let them keep the money I spent.
The idiocracy of them always saying it’s a DoorDash issue infuriates me. I ordered in your app to avoid inflated DoorDash prices so you should be able to refund…..it’s your app! The talk tracks could literally be written out to help these 9 year old managers have a conversation with people.

We ordered the Acai Berry Boost smoothies, which were delicious! I wonder if they have ever considered offering a smaller size smoothie, besides the kids' sizes. The regular size they offer is too big; I often end up throwing some of it away:-(
