Two nights ago , my wife and I dined at Al Shallal, a Lebanese family owned and operated restaurant. We were warmly greeted by hostess/server Nourhan and offered menus. My wife ordered an absolutely delicious falafel plate that was accompanied by a marvelous tahini sauce and rice. I chose the perfectly spiced and prepared mixed grill (beef kabob, chicken tawook and beef kafta served with a pungent garlic sauce and rice.
