Went there at 7pm, Google says they are open til 11. Doors to inside were locked, 2 open signs both on and clearly visible. Tried the drive thru, no response. There's literally nobody there. Went to the one on michigan ave instead. Wasted my time for the first and last time.

Ordered 3 scoop with hot fudge and extra hot fudge. I received 2 scoops and a small amount of fudge. Uber delivered to me. Trying to call the store says no voice mail set up. I want a refund!

I ordered a sundae with three scoops, but they gave me a significantly smaller portion compared to other branches. This experience left me feeling extremely upset and disappointed, and as a result, I won't be visiting this location again.

I was looking forward to going to "31"Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the "false advertising sign" they only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. I won't ever be going back.Rick Zorn

man working was very rude while we ordered. i could not understand what he had asked me because of a very strong accent and instead of just repeating the question he angrily snapped it at us and had a 20 minute loud phone conversation while we were there.

I went to get a butterpeacon ice cream and I walked in the place Wes dirty. So I ask for my ice cream. And I guess he didint know how to speak English. He Wes Mexican and gave me chocolate ice cream whit no gloves are mask so I told him it’s the wrong flavor. And he got mad. And put the old chocolate ice cream back in the bin. And used the same cone and put the right ice cream. And he Wes saying cuss words in Spanish. Very wrong. Very unsanitary someone should report this TO PUT USED ICE CREAM BACK IN THE BIN. WHIT HES BEAR HANDS WHIT NO GLOVES. When I told him that’s not right He Wes Full of Rage and Got violent and I asked for a maneger. He pretended like he don’t understand English. And ignored me there ice cream Wes melty probably left the freezer door open

So Baskin Robbins just ripped me off $10. I gave them a $20 they gave me change for a $10 bill and then argued with me saying only give them $10. Then I asked for two scoops of pralines and cream and a sugar cone ended up with two scoops of melted, stale, and spoiled Ice cream in a bowl. The nuts were soft, how is that even a thing? So gross. I feel like I'm getting sick. I should've known better because I on a Saturday night no one was there. Never ever go to the store unless you have no other choice and it's the only food you can possibly eat on this planet.
