Unfortunately, most of the time the order is messed up and I have to go back to them to correct it, and this is very annoying.

Placed a order for delivery after my 12 hour shift and the food arrived cold also asked kindly for ranch 3 times as I can not eat pizza without it they brought me a cold pizza with no ranch and some super small wings and I threw away the whole order and had to order from a different local pizza shop very upset will not be a returning customer at big Al’s

Picked up delicious pizza here in honor of Dr. Ghada and in support of the proceeds of the day going to Palestine. Even though they were busy, they were kind and kept things moving. Will definitely be back again.
