do not ever ever order from BK online my food arrived terribly cold, old and slapped together. fries tasted days old.everything was terrible.and i cant get any one on the phone to complain to other then a chat bot. never again!

I wonder why they closing all these Burger Kings in the black community all these Burger King's closing is in the neighborhood the one on West Warren the one on Plymouth the one on Grand River Aldi's is in the black neighborhoods why don't they close some of them in the suburban area not look how far we got to go to get a Burger King the one in Dearborn and closing that one on Woodward Seward and I think that's not fair to our community far as restaurant is concern the corporate office don't care nothing about our black

NEEDS ZERO STARSFinally closing the W. Warren BK location. This place was a joke. The drive-thru menu is covered in papers with a bunch of different things that aren't working or they don't have. I think it may have actually operated 1-3 hours a day sometime after 12 pm. I was never able to actually order anything there.

You need to just close this location down. I didnt even get a receipt and the lady almost dropped my food and then told me she wasnt gonna remake my food if that did happen.

I ordered an Impossible Whopper w/o mayo and ketchup, extra mustard and a lg fry. I returned home to find that I had a 2 patty, I believe Whopper, with no toppings at all and saturated with mayo and what looked like a hint of ketchup. Not even sure if the fries were lg. It was after work and I did not feel like leaving back out. What a disappointment and waste!
