Don’t order from here they suck

Picking up a door dash order, I arrived and the cook wasn't even behind the counter. He was just lounging around in the lobby eating food, while multiple orders were coming up. He didnt start the order right away, he was on his phone. By the time he eventually got to preparing, he moved incredibly slow with no urgency what so ever. This caused my order to be 20 minutes past time. When he was finishing up 2 other employees finally emerged from the back but we're just goofing around and didn't help this guy who was clearly backed up and having a difficult time working with efficiency. I have no idea what was going on with this establishment but it was down right embarrassing. Please do better.

Do not order from here using any delivery service. They will not ensure the dasher confirmed the pickup and they will not accommodate u once the food is stolen. Just waited an hour just for me to call them and they say it was already picked up

The food is good but… i went and asked for a milkshake and the workers said it was gonna take anywhere from like 20-30 minutes i believe. Then about a month later i payed $6 for a milkshake and after about 20 minutes i asked how long it needed. The worker said 5 minutes, only to go back and see that they had’nt even started on my order yet.

I ORDERED ON UBER EATS AND WAS HOPING TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO START EATING AT BUT IT WAS NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION THE BUTGER DIDNT LOOK GOOD AT ALL IDK WHO TOLD THEM THAT THAT BUTGER WAS PRESENTABLE AND THE TASTE WAS VERY MID THE FRIES WERE COLD AND HAD NO TASTE THIS REALLY RUINED MY NIGHT I WANT A REFUND !

I ordered a burger and fries using door dash last night. They didn't give me the $5 shake I ordered then when the driver asked about it, told him it was in the bag. Well the bag was stapled closed so he didn't want to open it. It wasn't there. Also the dressing I ordered was not there. The driver also said the people working there didn't seem to care and the store was a mess.

Right next to the park so cool ?

Restaurant is excellent not only is the food at its best and the chefs amazing at what they do, but the customer service is like none that I have experience before. I promise that this is the best burger spot in Michigan that I’ve been to so far and I’ve been living in the state for a year please please please support this establishment.

Legit 2 weeks ago I got from this place and I tried the smash burger and the chicken burger sliders. It was so good and tasted delicious. I recently ordered it (today) and I got 6 raw burger sliders and 2 raw chicken sliders. I don’t know if they changed owners or what but everything was off. No coleslaw on the chicken burgers and the burger sliders had no onions and burger one sauce. My opinion is that they’re were super busy but raw food that’s a no no.

Just ordered for the first time through DoorDash and we got 2 smash burgers and the east coast fries and man are we full. Smash burgers are giant and filling and the east coast fries were sloppy and good. Just what we needed after getting home from vacation and not wanting to cook. Super yum.

ordered a spicy #9 Crispy Chicken Sandwich and #12 Steak & Cheese Burger both were great! the chicken sandwich though was fantastic. the slaw had black pepper on it which made it taste so much better the sauce was great, chicken was fresh and a good portion thank you guys!
