“So first time here, probably the last too. Not that food was bad, but it was just average. The Mac and cheese bites were forgettable. The fries and the onion rings were good. The original burgers were ok, couldn’t find any grilled onions. The brioche buns were not truly brioche. I spent 39 dollars and had to walk back to the counter because they forgot the ranch fries.“

The service was iffy, I could’ve cut the tension between the manager & staff with a butter knife… which I found to be very unprofessional… but honestly, I’ll keep coming back, cause the food is that good. You get what you pay for, as they always say.“

“I came here with my boyfriend and we both ordered burgers, and the gal up front was very nice. I have a gluten allergy and asked for an item to be left off along with a gluten free bun because of my allergy, and they accidentally included it on my meal still. I didn't realize until I got home and I live a good distance away so I called, and they were so apologetic it almost made me feel bad ? they immediately refunded the entire order and continued to apologize profusely. What I did have of my meal was fantastic and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the allergy, literally everything else was perfect. I'll be back and I'll also refer some friends, gluten free or not. Double check in the store for sure if you do have an allergy. But they're so understanding and accommodating of food restrictions that I will still eat here and encourage my gf friends to try it too. I had the blazing burger, the Cajun fries, and my boyfriend had a make your own- Fantastic, all of it, fantastic!

After waiting in line to use the only kiosk that would allow cash order, I went nextdoor to Checkers where they took my order and served me my food immediately . I popped my head into Steak and Shake and showed everyone still in line how fast Checkers was. Ps some of the same people were still waiting that were there when I was there .“
