Been coming here for years. Staff always super friendly. Food is always clean and made to order. Ken is the man up there!

Lobby is always stocked and clean makes me love dining in!! Love coming here with my kids and enjoying delicious food!

Although this place is slow, the workers are extremely nice and i am so thankful for that. i am doordashing and trying to make it through the week just started my new job and they are so helpful and voiced things. Thank you for being nice. thank you for wanting to be here.

Watch them prepare your food or you will end up with All white rice and minute amounts of ingredients you paid so much for

Surprised this place is open because it is exhausting trying place an order. Can't pay online, can't process an order online so how do they stay open? Artificial intelligence when you try to call to confirm they received the order and the AI is stupid.

Very dirty place. Staff is not friendly at all. I am a vegetarian and I found a meat piece in my food. Be aware they put everything very less. Very dirty place.

The workers here don't like ppl

I would give them zero Stars if I could, they have screwed my order up here more times then they've got it right, they will leave stuff out of your order and not tell you about it, they will give you the wrong food, and then when you drive back up there and waste your time and gas and ask for them to replace the missing food, or refund you, they tell you they can't do it and rudely tell you to deal with it online. I've gone as far as emailing their help desk and customer service, and ive even tried to contact people higher up in local and corporate mangement, none of them cared enough or were willing to help me out. I guess they don't care about the little guy or average customer, which is a shame because i actually like the food AND I'm a shareholder. I'll be selling my remaining shares and telling everyone I know to stay away, can't say how extremely disappointed I am in their customer service or their so-called help lines.

Also, don't bother trying to call the store, not once, seriously not once, have I had them answer the phone when I've called and I must have called at least 15 to 20 times on separate occasions, they just let it ring or it ends up going to a Robo system.

the WORST

Just ordered 2 bowls, out of brown rice, Guacamole and very little chicken. Paid 18.00 for 2 bowls that are going in garbage. My husband didn't refuse the order but I would have. I contacted customer support got a virtual person then a live one. Didn't respond to me

Never again,, I ordered from grub hub. I get my order delivered,, my bag got my name on it,,, but the food CHIPOTLE put In my bag had somebody else name on the food container,,,so I reorder from grub hub again because I'm still hungry,,,so I get my food delivered ,, my name on bag and food container,,, but my chipotle chicken bowl full of BLACK BEANS,,,,,SMH,,

Trash employees. Went in there wasn’t greeted just gave me dirty stares like I wasn’t so supposed to be in there. They all had attitudes with zero respect to the customers. Never going back.
