Chipotle Mexican Grill

Do not order or doordash from here. Food everywhere, watched someone put food in his mouth and handle food without washing them. I guess since its doordash only they assume they can have nasty attitudes and ignore food safety since the customer isnt watching. Wrong. Stood for 10 minutes. Finally was asked what the name on my order was, let them know I haven’t ordered yet. Was ignored, figured ok maybe busy. Waited another 5, asked if they weren’t taking orders, was told its online only. I asked so when you asked what my order was and I said I didnt place one yet you didnt think to tell me? Was then met with a nasty teenage attitude saying they shouldnt have to say something (make that make sense) You work here, it is your JOB to say something. Doordash orders or not, its still customer service. Finally someone said they would take my order, walked out after looking at the nasty old food spread about.

No customer service skills or teamwork. One worker argued with me about talking too much while she should've been working. Atmosphere is nice and manager wasnt aware of what was going on.

This is really bad chipotle!!! We need a real chipotle here in Dearborn Heights! Its 4 pm it is closed since when chipotle closes their doors. Please pay attention to this matter this is a huge lose of business!

The only thing I can say positively about this Chipotle location is that they are consistent at getting things WRONG. The chicken bowl I ordered not only had too much rice (I requested light) it was gummy. I also asked for chips with my order but received an under done, borderline obscene tortilla shell. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, but it is officially my last time. I enjoy Chipotle... but never again from this location.

Why give people the option for fajita veggies and only give them OLD ONIONS. Happened twice and I’ll never be back. Disappointed and disgusted.

I have ordered twice from this location and i’ve received exactly what i ordered. The order was completed on time and nothing was missing. The guacamole is always delicious and fresh. However the agua fresca fountains should be cleaned a little better it looked like a truck stop lol You can dine inside or outside weather permitting.

My last order was really messed up. I was given a free guacamole to use in the near future. I tried to order dinner online and get the free guacamole. I tried every combination of food I could, but it would not let me use the reward. Chipotle needs to get their act together or close completely.

Why open at 1045 still prepping all the food and not have any ready to serve ?? If you aren't ready to serve customers what's the point of being open .? Prepping the food before you open makes more sense.

This store cannot get an order right. I ordered a burrito with queso. Didn’t get queso. I emailed chipotle, and they gave me a free queso through the app. I ordered it again, no queso AGAIN. I’ve been ordering Chipotle regularly since the 2000s and have never had issues with a location like this.

Tall lightskin girl works nights is very rude and doesn’t look like she cares abt her job , didn’t even acknowledge me when i walked in the building she was sitting down i watched her eating and then come behind the counter to make someone’s order without washing hands

Had them for a catering order. They worked with me and the food was a big hit! Great customer service
