This was easy to get to and has a lot of options. The girl that helped us was friendly but a little aloof.
The main reason I wanted to try this place was because they had plant based ice cream and I’ve been looking for dairy free options in the area!
They have plant based vanilla and I was able to make a flurry with to pb cups! It was delish! But a small was still a lot for me. They also served a variety of other flavors. My bf got guernsey chocolate ice cream! Definitely a good treat!
I’ve never even made it through the chaos to order from this place. As soon as I walk into that vestibule… It smells straight up like a urine cake. It is absolutely disgusting.

I went today with my family first time there I didn’t like the way been treated by the worker there I asked her questions if there is any suggestions she responded with attitude. And by the time we was choosing what we will order she keeps staring at us made us feel discomfort like we wasting her valuable time the store was empty 2 person was already ordered before us so we wasn’t hold the line or something no name tag to know her name she’s blonde young girl after 8:30 pm today’s date the owner need to teach their employee to politely welcome customers , offering better services , put more pictures or slid show screen with the items they have and employee has to have more knowledge with the items they offer to reach customers satisfaction.

I recently visited Custard Hut and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff had a rude and condescending attitude, making the entire visit unpleasant. Instead of welcoming customers with a smile, they seemed annoyed by our presence and treated us as an inconvenience.
When we asked simple questions about the menu, the employees responded with curt, dismissive answers, as if we were bothering them. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. It's a shame because the food might be decent, but the nasty attitudes of the staff completely ruin the experience.
I would not recommend Custard Hut to anyone looking for a pleasant refreshment experience. Until they improve their customer service and treat patrons with basic courtesy and respect, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
