Service is so sloppy now. Almost all the current staff is clueless and always just walking around lost. They don’t pay attention to what you say or want especially the drive thru. Sad as this place was awesome.

In this heat, a person only needs ice cream, and this is the right place.

Visited for some dipped cones. Drive thru was busy and had a line, so we went inside the store. The service team were friendly and efficient, and the dipped cones came out great. Unfortunately the dining area was a disaster. Obviously 🐷🐷🐷 customers had slopped up the tables and chairs earlier and did nothing to clean up after themselves. Even the floor was a sticky minefield. Probably the store staff were fully engaged serving the drive thru line, yet the dining room still needed to be cleaned.
