I have been coming to this location for around twenty years and this location continues to provide amazing service. I love coming to get ice cream here! I also purchased an ice cream cake for the first time and they managed to exceed my expectations!

I visited this location on 1/10/26 and had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the staff. I asked if I could substitute an item in my smoothie, and instead of politely declining or offering an alternative, the employee responded with “Nah.” When I asked for clarification, he said, “Nah, I ain’t doing that for you,” with no explanation or attempt to help—unlike the customer service standards I’ve experienced at other Dairy Queen locations.
When I pulled up to the window to ask for the employee’s name so I could include it in this review, another worker (a Black male with a ponytail) responded, “Nah, I ain’t giving you his name, but you can get out of my drive-through.” This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
I own restaurants and automotive businesses myself, and if any of my employees ever spoke to a customer this way, they would be terminated immediately. Management seriously needs to address the customer service issues at this location and hold staff accountable

I have been in this neighborhood since 2001. In the last 2yrs.Each time I've bought a Lg. cone i felt like it didn't look like a Lg. So Tonight, i order a large and a medium cone. They were both the same size which confirmed that i was right. I even mentioned it to the attendee, he was nice but just said sorry. Now that I saw the comparison, that did it. I now travel a bit further W. On ford rd. To Dairy Dan where they give me what i pay for, and show they're appreciation for stopping in.
