This dairy queen is jut awesome !!Parking: Parking lication very small for how popular this dairy queen is, and the spots are always getting blocked by the drive through line. O so rough in the summer time they should expand there parking lot or have street side reserved spots for that place it gets bad.....Kid-friendliness: They do birthday cakes...have high chair seating on the inside very kid friendly..Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp instead of a step to get in the door so wheel chairs r more than welcome I'm sure ...

It’s a shame than this is a franchise yet this location will charge you double the price! And their servings is smaller than other locations. Not to mention it’s ran by few teenagers who know 0 about customer service. Drive 5 more min and go to Westland location. Cheaper and servings is bigger.

I got a large blizzard and I'm lucky if I got 10 pieces of cheesecake in it. It's annoying when your in the mood for a cheesecake blizzard and pay so much for one and be disappointed. Stop being cheap and give ppl what they paid for. Do better or ppl will stop coming

I think they have changed owners! I see a lot of changes.. I ordered a small hot fudge & strawberry sundae and was charged shy of $10.00 my usual price. I started to eat it and had no strawberries. Went back in told the young man I received no strawberries..he found the bill and said they didn't charge you. I said this is what I always pay. He said it is $1.05 or more. I said who owns this DQ? He said it so low I couldn't understand him. I said that's too expensive and took my small sundae. The hot fudge & and whipped cream weren't the same. Never finished it and threw it outI will never go back!Isn't the same place and same ice cream. The hot fudge and whip cream are not the same!

This is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks I’ve gotten the cheesecake blizzard and the Oreo blizzard and it’s been watered down that’s just not right at all!!!! Staff at the window is always so rude, I left a review about a year ago when I went thru drive thru as well and the “manager” told me he wasn’t going to serve me because I was asking what the difference was between the New York blizzard and the other cheesecake blizzard said I was holding up the line and I should know wat I wanted before coming to the window! He was asked to come to the window bc an employee got annoyed bc when she told me the difference I told her that I was sorry I didn’t know u had 2 different kinds and asked KINDLY to switch it, I had my 2 nieces with me and literally said to me I had to leave and he wasn’t gonna serve me. I was distraught and shocked by his reaction! This place has by far the worst customer service.
