They made my blizzard exactly the way that I like it and they’re always so sweet and beautiful

I go there all the time usually good but today was overcharged for my sundaes asked her if they were 2 for 5 said no but said they were right in the window paid 9.00 for 2 sundaes and the lady was rude.worst experience

This location don't honor the coupon which I use before but I will continue to go to livonia thank God they open them two they alway take the app deals yall better update

I come here a lot and spend a lot of money and today was just the last straw 5-13-24 around maybe 8:15pm ish. The young lady that was at cash register is rude but in a sarcastic way! This isn’t her first time and every time I come here and she’s here the experience isn’t good! I called and asked to speak with a manger @ 8:25PM and was told that no manager was there! Which is hard to believe. I won’t be back!

One of my favorite spots!! 6 mile and middlebelt was a perfect spot!! Always nice, clean and the food and ice cream is always delicious ?

I almost never write reviews, but this service just made me want to write one. This was possibly the most STUPID DQ I've been to. This experience has me dumbfounded. I tried to order a blizzard with chocolate ice cream and nutter butter cookies. The worker tells me, "We don't have nutter butter cookies, only a nutter butter base." (we ended up getting nutter butter cookies anyways by ordering an ultimate cookie with no chips ahoy and oreos...) Once my order was in for 3 blizzards, me and my boyfriend waited for our dessert. One worker comes to the drop-off counter and is looking for a lady who was waiting for the order in her car. The worker then asks us to BRING THE FOOD TO THE CAR FOR HER. ? We don't work here, but we did it anyway! Then when we asked for a to-go carrier, and when the worker tries to put the cups in the carrier, proceeds to pur her thumb into one of our blizzards! When giving us napkins, proceeds to get her chocolate finger prints on our napkins. Unbelievable. ?? Worst DQ ever. They don't even take coupons that they sent us because their technology is so old. Workers had a terrible attitude too.

Not thrilled that they won't let you earn points in the DQ app or use the offers. And service was SO.SLOW. Wouldn't go to this location again.
