This location is DIRTY. Extremely gross, a visible layer of grey/brown all over most the equipment. The diaper changers in the bathroom are broken, and also filthy. a group left food on their table after leaving and it was there for over an hour while employees scrolled their phones. They also seemed really annoyed that we had the audacity to interrupt them by ordering food. Highchair was also super dirty. This was all on a weekday, so we were one of 3 families there, it was extremely slow.
We live less than a minute away and unfortunately will not be back to this location.

Went today and met an amazing young woman named Fatima (Tima) she was so kind and sweet and patient with my baby boy. She was so nice and outgoing it really put such a good light on the company. You are who you hire and I will absolutely be back.

Celebrated my daughters birthday here as she always enjoyed coming here. The kids had a good time . However the room could of been cleaned better along with proper Maintenance. One could overlook these minor things but hope the staff can improve with maintenance and keep the place clean. We had an unpleasant experience with our drinks and management did reach out the following day to discuss concerns.

According to their website, under 12 months is free, yet when asked how old my child was and I said 11 months, I was charged $10. Toddler area is unsupervised and older kids go in and mess around. Floor was extremely dirty. Baby’s knees and hands were black by the time we left after only 15 minutes. 3 days later she’s extremely sick with a high fever.

Finally something local for the kids that's actually worth paying for . They will go into the play area and won't come out for hours. They have a good snack and food option . Also try their coffee it's very good .

This was the perfect place to five our one year old birthday party due to the them. We all had a great time until our time in the room was up and we were told we had to leave or pay to stay, which was crazy to my family because I had just spent $400 to have a party. Once we didn't leave right away, we were packing up and getting kids together, they got on the speaker system to say, if you have not paid, you must leave. I thought it was rude and the policy should change. No where else can you have a party and not stay in the facility if you don't pay extra, as if the huge amount you just spent was nothing. It's a clean but service was not worth going back again....not for another party.
