We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party here last weekend and our experience was great I forgot candles and our host got us some she was amazing. Our party room was set up and ready when we arrived we didnt have to do anything. The easiest party we have had and all of the guests and kids had fun.

To start restrooms are disgusting and not maintained. No toilet paper at all. Staff don’t really monitor anything, but when you ask if you can buy an outside pizza since they only have $10 minis available… no outside food, yet y’all don’t have everything on the menu available. Make it make sense. Parents not really monitoring their children, kids got bitten luckily it wasn’t my child. There’s no staff like at other places monitoring children playing, they’re just at the counter on their phones. Probably won’t be returning again.

Anyone know the owner of Dinoland in Dearborn Heights? The conditions of this place is totally unacceptable and shouldn’t be accepted in our community. - I was among the first to get there this morning with my kids. The first thing I did when I got there was take my daughter to the bathroom.  I’m sure no one had gone in before me. The toilet seat was absolutely disgusting and the bathroom condition was terrible. It was still only about 10 AM. -  we played for about two hours,  my kids socks were so dirty. I didn’t even want to put their shoes back on when we left.  You can tell that the floor had not been cleaned overnight. -  as my kids were eating, they did drop food on the floor so of course I picked it up and wiped it with a wipe. Every time I wipe the floor, no matter where they dropped their food the floor was so dirty and black. Mind you, I’m among the first to get there this morning..  so to say someone left the mess before me is inexcusable.
This is among one of the only play places in Dearborn Heights for kids to play but the conditions of this place are so unsanitary, especially for little toddlers and children.  I think it’s enough that we allow business owners to just do whatever to make money off of consumers without putting in the efforts. You don’t just get to make money off of the people in my community without caring about our kids health. There’s absolutely no excuse.  I couldn’t even complain to the girls working there because they were all young girls and the complaint will go nowhere. If anyone knows the business owner.. pass this message along.

Amazing and affordable compared to other places. $15 to stay all day isn't bad. Staff welcomed us from the moment we walked in. I was pretty impressed and will be returning.
