Had my son’s first birthday it was the perfect place for him to play and enjoy in the fun!! The staff were so nice and pleasant, they made our experience so nice and easy!! I would definitely visit again!!

So Dinoland is my kids favorite play place in the area and i like it bc it’s smaller and u can see ur kids right infront of u without having to hoover over the play stuff … The main disappointment is the cleanliness they have young adults running the place they are just standing around doing nothing when they could be cleaning the tables and floor. Every time we have came here they are filthy with crumbs and stickiness all over them my kids socks come out black I have never seen one time i have been here someone wipe a table down or sweep up crumbs all over the floor .. I wiped up water off the floor and the napkin was black ! like the floor hasn’t been mopped in forever …they are letting guests walk on the mats with shoes even tho there are signs up they are not addressing the issue, kids are having ball fights outside of the ball pit no one said a word about it .. the bathrooms are discusting … bc of this I would rather drive across town to Kid Kadia where they literally have a person on the floor just for cleaning and you see them constantly cleaning the whole time your there. The cleanliness between the two are unmatched

The other reviews are accurate - of all the play places we’ve frequented, this one is by far the dirtiest. The bathrooms are a disgrace and the floors/tables are rarely cleaned (MAYBE just end of day?). Honestly, the owners are better off paying one or two hard working people a higher salary than hiring a lot of workers that barely work.
I imagine the only things keeping this place in business are people that care less about cleanliness, location (proximity to families/shopping center etc) and theres no competition.
Normally, I opt for writing great reviews and address dissatisfied experiences directly with management. However, I felt the urge to leave a review publicly as well, for other parents who may service this business.
I want to start by saying that of the numerous times I’ve come in for open play, yesterday, 10/25/2025 was the most unpleasant.
Initially, I planned to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday with family and friends by purchasing one of their party packages. Due to unforeseen circumstances with family/friends attendance, we cancelled the reservation, but still wanted to celebrate there and I made management aware.
Upon arrival, I was well aware of the policy regarding outside food and decor in the lobby, however, I was not aware that ONE single helium balloon was not allowed to be placed on the table at which we were seated, just because we were seated in the lobby area and not a party room. Management was aware that I would still be attending open play with other guests, just a very small group, 9 people in total and 5 of them being children.
As my guests arrived, the staff picked and chose which guests were allowed to bring in gifts that they had purchased. Parking for the establishment is shared with other businesses, and as a mother with a toddler who is also 7 months pregnant, I was not going back to the car each time someone arrived, because I could not park close to the door.
I placed an order for food and drinks, and was told that I could not purchase a pitcher of beverages because they were only for the party rooms. Staff attempted to accommodate by serving/pouring them herself into cups, however, that was very odd, considering it does not go against their policy for outside food and beverages.
Much like many other reviews I’ve seen, it does seem to be under supervision of teenagers.
For the amount of money people spend on entry and food/beverage for party packages, I would NEVER purchase nor attend again. I’ll gladly go to Chuck E Cheese and get more of my moneys worth.

We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party here last weekend and our experience was great I forgot candles and our host got us some she was amazing. Our party room was set up and ready when we arrived we didnt have to do anything. The easiest party we have had and all of the guests and kids had fun.
