This place is great for the family and kids! The kindness of the staff is immediately noticeable; they go above and beyond to make sure visitors have an enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the place is great. If you're looking for a day out with the kids or a fun place, Dinoland is the perfect place.

I travel to a lot of places with my kids. This one has to be be the unsafest and dirtiest in my opinion!! The staff seemed nice, but didn’t great anyone or tell anyone what to do. We all just awkwardly looked at each other till I asked. We were playing up in the play structure that seemed pretty neat! Till we got to the half towards the front of the building. I thought I was being paranoid I thought the mats we were on, were moving when I stepped on them, and even my 31lb kid. & it wasn’t like that on the other side. I kept playing on the side with my daughter till I almost fell. I was like what in the WORLD is going on with these things. So I lift it right up! It’s not attached to anything. I could have fell right down & so could have my daughter!! I know I would have been injured good at a fall that high, let alone my 2yo? I went back on the ground to see if there was any safety precautions in the other areas if those ones were nailed or whatever in. They weren’t. If those kids fell they were falling on other kids on the concrete floor. That needs to be reported and fixed. Parents should feel safe letting kids play here. The place was dirty as well. So many decent sized dust bunnies. Most places are dusting throughout the day and vacuuming. I was only here a short time due to when we realized how unsafe it was we packed up our kids and left.

If you enjoy pure chaos, then this is the place for you. And if you’ve never been, don’t expect anyone to greet you at the door or tell you what to do. We had to call an employee over to ask them what to do if we had already filled out a waiver online. Which seemed pretty pointless since we only verbally said we completed the form and then the QR code that was generated was never scanned upon entry.Food is okay, takes a pretty long time when they’re busy. They ran out of cheese for nachos.Definitely do not expect your toddlers to be safe in the toddler area, as it is not monitored at all and children of all ages run through and trample over your babies. Big kids take over the merry go round in the toddler area, spin it wildly fast, and run the wrong way up the baby slide. There is a gate that is supposed to shut but it just stays open.The “ball pit” (if that’s even what it’s supposed to be) is incredibly unsafe. Children throwing the balls at each other and hitting other children in the face. The thin layer of balls makes it impossible for any toddler to walk across the floor because they do not understand sliding their feet to avoid stepping on the balls.Grown adults walking around barefoot like hand foot and mouth doesn’t exist. Parents sleeping on the couches and almost 99% of parents are sitting around on their phones and not paying attention to anything happening at all. People completely disregard the “No outside food or drink” signs and no employees address it. Definitely a health code violation. This place is absolutely insane. Never seen anything like it.A child puked by the slides and I will say they did immediately address that when it was brought to their attention. There are far better indoor play spaces. Do yourself and your children a favor and find a different place to burn some energy. We will never be back.

My child loves this place! I was also impressed by the amount of staff they had working. They seemed to stay on top of the cleaning, which was nice to see. This is a regular spot in our weekly rotation!

Grandson's birthday party. The kids had a great time. The adults were able to hang out in the party cubby. Staff were attentive.
I was a guest here today at my granddaughter's party . And the host Fafi was a sweetheart and accommodating to our needs . Also , the soft pretzel with a side of cheese was so delicious ??

Dinoland is a very clean and sanitized place. I was just here today, and the employees are constantly making sure the place is spick and span! Will definitely be taking my kids here again.

I’m leaving this review only because my daughter loves it here so much, and this review is in hopes maybe something will change. we like to come here atleast once a week for the past few months and every time it is the same. The girls at the front are constantly on their phones and any questions asked to them, no acknowledgment and as if it’s an inconvenience to be interrupting them cause they are busy on the phone. It is always so so dirty too :( I seen a few reviews that the owner responded to saying you have a strict cleaning schedule every 30 mins but I’m here all the time for like 2 hours each week, I never ever have witnessed anyone cleaning. I’m dead serious lol. I always just seen employees sitting on their phones. if I’m being honest. The toddler play area always has random tissues or like popcorn on the floors? My daughter tried to pick it up and eat it. Also I like to make it clear I never come on weekends and never come during a busy time cause I can understand that. But I come like during the week in the mornings so it’s weird that like it’s slow but nobody is cleaning or keeping up with cleanliness. Like I said, my daughter has a blast. It would just be nice to see some professionalism as when we walk in the first face we see is buried into a cell phone texting and like it’s inconvenient for us to be coming in at that time to bother them.
