The drive thru lady charged me $8 for a single $3 cold brew because “I asked for too much flavors” I’ve gone to the dunkin in Westland for years and have never been charged $8 for a drink. This isn’t Starbucks, even then I’m not going to pay that much. She charged me a total based on her judgment, rather than menu prices? Seems odd to me that an employee can make up prices based on how they’re feeling. Weird.

The Indian employee always rude whenever I asked about whipping cream, I ordered cappuccino blast the same as in the picture, but she give me it different whenever I say I want it the same in the picture she acts nervous and rude. That’s not respectful at all, she is not being nice with customer.

Bad service - it seemed like my presence was irritating them. They were out of espresso so I settled for a cappuccino blast which didn’t taste like any I’d tasted before. I’ve given this location too many chances and have been let down every single time. I won’t be returning.
