If some of the food wasn't good, it would be one star. I ordered nuggets for my boys, they give a sloppy pulled apart tender, they couldn't even cut it up neatly. The fries and lemon flavored tenders were really good. The Mac and Cheese tasted old and prepackaged. I ordered to eat in and they give me a stapled up to go paper bag. There were no other customers, none. I've been there before and enjoyed it, but this was very discouraging, probably won't go there again.

Went to the Dearborn Heights location. Food was absolutely amazing. Customer service wasn’t exceptional but felt genuine welcoming and kind which is better than overly nice with a fake smile in my opinion. Bathrooms and tables and stuff seemed clean but floors were kind of dirty.

Only giving 2 stars for the chicken. Was very fresh, juicy and the right amount of flavor. Unfortunately the inside was not very clean. Floors were sticky and tabletops looked dirty. There was a very visible dark curly hair right on the counter above where they pack the to-go orders. Fries were undoubtedly the worst fast food fries I've ever had. Absolutely ZERO flavor, not hot and limp, no crisp or crunch at all. The seasoning salt was this odd mixture of salt, pepper and something else that added nothing of flavor. Was excited to try the chocolate chip cookie because based on looks it looked pretty good with nice big chocolate chunks. Was also one of the worst chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. No flavor and just bland. No buttery brown sugar flavor or crispy edges or gooey middle like it LOOKED like it might taste like. Prices are pretty high for what you get and the quality and taste doesn't match that. Will most likely not be back. Oh well, another one to add to growing list of overpriced & underwhelming fast casual restaurants :(

This place isn’t going to last much longer, spend your $20 else where.First step into the restaurant you get hit with the strong smell the old stale grease. The chicken is stringy and the batter coating they use if cooked quickly turns into cardboard.

The food was so bad. Not worth your money at all . The chicken tasted like it was rotten and not fresh. The side sauce’s were tasteless. The fries were so soggy.I’m feeling sick from the old chicken. Please save yourself your money. DO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Small, but still had a drive thru, dining area, clean restrooms. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous! Chicken tenders were huge, crispy, and juicy! Best chicken at a convenience restaurant hands down. Pair with crispy fries for a great meal. Definitely going back.
I liked this place!!! They make the chicken how I like it with all the fixings. It was fresh, creative, and fun. What sets this place apart from the rest is how they put traditional hamburger toppings on a chicken sandwich with a creative menu name. The sandwich was filling without fries.

First time trying Ex-Wifes Famous Chicken. The staff was very kind and service was quick. The only issue I had was they put to much salt and pepper on my fries. So much salt and pepper that I threw my fries away. The chicken sandwich was good.

The chicken had a great flavor. The Cole slaw was fantastic, and the chocolate chip cookies were the best I ever had in my life!!!!!! Special thanks for that experience. I went back the same day for more cookies.... I will be happy for a whole year!

The sandwiches are good in taste but they are really small for the price. The tenders are juicy and perfect. I usually get the nashville hot ones. Overall the spot looks expensive for the price. The portion sizes are just too small.

This is the 3rd time I have eaten here, when they opened this location the chicken tenders where so big and juicy. That’s why I came back. The second time I came it was close to closing so I thought maybe I just got the end of the day chicken. I go today around 5:45-6 pm and try it one more time.! Wish I didn’t.! They were over cooked and small like tenderloins, not tenders.! False advertising.! ?? I feel like I wasted 55.00 on two 4 piece tenders, one 6 piece tenders, Mackin and cheese and a small order of fries.! I originally only order one of the 4 piece, however, when I checked my order upon arriving, and like I said, they were so small. I ordered another four piece. The second four piece came out and it was exactly what I expected. Big juicy tenders. I then showed the staff behind the counter the difference and asked if I could have my previous chicken tenders remade. He did remake my chicken tenders. They all came out big, plump and juicy. I also placed my order through Uber eats pick up, so maybe that’s what they do to delivery orders. They probably didn’t expect it to be me picking up the food. ?♀️

Ordered online. Drove to location. Then waited an hour at the location for two chicken tenders on July 26th. Slow service, but the tenders were good. 3/5 rating.

Came here for lunch when I was out one day, opting to try something new. Got the chicken strips(4) @ "Nashville hot" spiciness, with fries and a slice of strawberry cheesecake.Chicken was good. I liked the inner texture of the meat and the crunchy, but not-too-crunchy breading on it. spiciness was "medium", which was okay to me, but it doesn't really scream "hot" to me(though I've had the real thing before and it feels many establishments use a lower heat level, but it understandable). Thing I dislike was that I got home and noticed there's no dipping sauce. Like, who buys chicken strips and doesn't use dipping sauce? Fortunately I'm able to make my own bbq sauce(didn't have any at the time), but it was still inconvenient. They do have sauces and I'm sure they would have given me one had i remember to ask, but this should be an automatic question given by the register the moment you ask for it, even if you don't want sauce.Fries were your average-tasting fries you find everywhere; it didn't have much of a crispy exterior, though that could be because it was in a bag.Cheesecake was good overall. They say they make it from scratch, and the cheesecake filling itself was good, but the crust was just sad; it was really soft at the bottom, which some may like, but I didn't too much care for. Its also only crust at the bottom instead of the bottom and sides. I tend to prefer a more rigid crust, and a better crust-to-cheesecake ratio, but that's my inner baker talking; for many it'll be just fine.Overall its a decent chicken place that i could see going back to if I need a quick chicken fix that's close to me. There are better options out there, but the quality is sufficient for my needs.
This was me and my husband's first time going. Our experience was excellent. The food was delicious. Customer service was fantastic, with a very clean establishment, good atmosphere, and also inside and outside dining great place to take the family. Thank you, David, for making our experience great 10/10 !!!!!!!!
Tasty food, a bit expensive for the amount you get - Cajun fries and Mac needed more flavor.
